If it is a stock stroke motor then you need to figure out what size the cylinders need to be bored out to and have the person boring your cylinders for you order then pistons. I run Wiesco Pro Lites in all my motors they are a little more money but good pistons and worth the money.

Get a large philips screw driver and a hammer. Put the screwdriver in the screw and smack it pretty good one time with a hammer. Then continue to tap on it while you are trying to turn it. You will get them all out that way unless you have stripped them to the point that they are totally round.

Carbs will do nothing for you at this point other than burn more fuel.

You are arguing with everyone and in the long run you are going to cost yourself more money than shipping would be and see such a small gain in HP it will not be even close to worth it!! Plain and simple dude save your money up and ship your cylinders to the US and get them ported!!!!!!!!! That is the one and only answer to your question unless you want to buy aftermarket cylinders!!!!!!

What HP2000 said. You need to check the routing of your vent line that comes off the back of the cases by the rear engine mount. Make sure that line is routed up over the front of the bike like it should be. As long as that line runs that way then you will be just fine. But yes drain the gas also.

Sheerider has the right bracket for the brake line. Not sure you can get stainless metric in a hard bolt. Most swing arms have SAE bolts in them. I know it is a pain but that is the way most of them come.

I actually agree with Zilla for once. I would buy my own tester make sure you that you hold the throttle wide open and kick it over till the gauge quits moving and see what you get for a reading. Then you will know for sure. If you get the same numbers he did then yes it is time for new pistons.

Go with standard PWK carbs. Your bike will run better from top to bottom as far as I am concerned.

4 Mill stock cylinder or cub? Go back to stock carbs either way but unless you have a large motor you will be just fine with 35 carbs

That is getting down there pretty close to needing a rebuild. It gets any lower than that and you are going to start having issues. So to answer your question if it was mine and it was that low yes I would be rebuilding it.

Looking for a good usable blaster crank prefer to have one with bearings on it. Let me know if any one happens to have one laying around. Thanks

No leaks are not normal. I would fire it up get it good and warm and try re torquing the head and see if it still leaks. Guessing it probably will. Would really watch the exhaust when you start it and make sure no water blows out the pipes

Your porting will have nothing to do with the bike running great for a min then falling on its face. Sounds like to me you are running the carb bowls dry. I would check that before you run it too hard and burn up a piston
