  1. I always cut those stuffers out.imo
  2. Make sure your float bowls didn't get switched, also what pilot do you have?i would run a 27.5
  3. The only thing i don't like about alky is having to worry about having enough fuel. When i go out to the hill to race in the dunes i carry more fuel in my rhino, other than that i LOVE it.I run PWKs for carbs with adjustable power valves so i can ajust my jetting with a turn of a screw.
  4. What about the pick up coil? Broken magnets in flywheel?
  5. You would get max power with pods if you jet for them. You would still have good power with box and no lid with k&n as long as you jet for that set up.I always run pods in Oregon with no problems but i never go wide open through water holes,i only ride on the dunes with my banshee's.

  8. Leave the cushions out if they are still in there, those black square cut rubber rings.
  9. Broken magnets in the flyweel
  10. You could have cut the o ring on the pipe that goes in your side cover.
  11. X3 plug caps
  12. Take out the plugs and slowly roll it over, then after you do that a few time kick it with the plugs out a bunch of times, that should get most of it out.
  13. I would put a 27.5 pilot jets in it.
  14. The best mod you can do is sell those T-6s and get some T-5s. T-6s are meant for a bike with no other mods,T-5s will run circles around T-6s. I would also put pod filters on and do the timing mod, you will notice a difference with that shaved head,it will give you more torque.
  15. Give me some help guys If i run with the plug loose is that enough to cause deto? Detonation causes your plugs to come loose. Whats your compression and what fuel are you running?
  16. That's how fuel got into your pipes, when you don't shut off your fuel and your needle valves leak a little or your floats stick it will empty your whole tank into your engine. If you kick your bike over when it is fuel of fuel it can hydrualic your motor and hurt something.
  17. Do you shut your fuel off when you are not riding your bike?
  18. What octane of fuel are you running? If you are running pump gas at near sea level with 20cc domes and +4 timing you are detonating.
  19. Check your fuel cap and make sure it vents well also.
  20. Those boost ports allow you to have a denser fuel charge. The boost ports do this by allowing the fuel charge to flow through the ports and get drawn down into the crank case before the windows in the piston line up with the intake ports. You do not need special pistons.
  21. Have you tried using the choke to see if that helps ?
