HORSEFLY

I have oil and water coming out of the 1/4'' hose that comes out under to the water pump . I've changed the water pump impeller , bearing and the seal that the impeller shaft goes thru .What would be causing this?

Where could water be getting into my crank case from ? I checked my water resv bottle after riding today and noticed it was empty so when i checked my oil it was milky . Where should i start looking first?

I tore my carbs down today and noticed that the carb with the choke has what looks like a jet in the bottom of the bowl above the drain screw but the other carb does not . Is that correct?
