  1. It could be the oring on the coolant pipe that goes into the side cover,could also be that you have you case vent hose hooked up wrong.You could have it hooked together with the water pump vent and the over flow hose.
  2. Did you get the slides back in the right carbs?
  3. It could still be the stator,you have an ignition windings and lighting windings on the stator.It also could be your voltage regulator,or wiring, the switch.Do you have voltage to the yellow or green wires?Check your grounds also.
  4. I was told from a trusted source in my opinion, the vito's cranks had weak rods.
  5. My 421 cub liked +10 with stock ignition.
  6. Check your intake boots were your boost bottle goes in,they could be torn or leaking,common problem.

  10. Yes,because there would be more fuel molecules in the mixture at 50:1 then 32:1.You would have more oil and less fuel at 32:1
  11. NO it is NOT.If you have more oil in your cylinder then you have less room for fuel therefore it means you are leaner on your fuel mixture.More oil is lean,less oil is richer!
  12. The more oil you have the leaner you are,the less oil you have the richer you are.If you have more oil mixed with your fuel then there will be less fuel in your cylinder causing it to be leaner.
  13. The pick up gap would def keep it from starting.
  14. You would need 21cc domes at sea level to run 93 octane.
  15. There is no good 2 into 1 set up
  16. 4mil crank and some stock cylinders ported to match and some 35 carbs with a good set of pipes.

  19. I think the 18cc will give you to much compression.A 21cc dome at sea level would give you about 180 with that set up.I would not go smaller than a 20cc.
  20. Sunstar sprockets I have had good luck with sunstar sprockets.
  21. You can def snap those studs off pretty easy if you are not careful.
  22. Are you running a dual feed pingal and a drilled out gas cap?
  23. Is the ballbearing still in there?Is there a locknut on the adjusting screw?
