  1. Contact KEVSWS6 or give him a call. He will steer you into in right direction.
  2. I recommend Kevin @ HJR. You will probably have your cylinders done and back within 2 weeks.
  3. Your pilot should be fine but you will have to go up on your mains. To run 93, you will have to get larger cc domes for your head to lower the compression.
  4. Are the carbs synced, did you put the slides in correctly and did you connect the choketube between the two carbs?
  5. Did you connect the choketube between the two carbs?
  6. Are the plugs end cap connection nice and tight on the plug. I had that problem once which caused a high rpm miss because they were loose.

Ok. I'll get in touch with you later today. Thanks
  9. I ordered a set of replacement reeds after I found out one side had went bad. After I put the replacements on the cages, I seen that it has the same gap and at the same spot as before I replaced the reeds. It seems as if the cage is warped. Has anyone else had this happen before? Thanks

Does anybody have a set? If so, send me pics and price. Thanks
  12. Yes, one between the cage and cylinder and one between the cage and intake.
  13. Checked the pick-up gap? Flywheel may be cracked
  14. Ok, I fixed the air leak. Now, I messed up my gaskets on that side by take them off so many times. I tried doing a leakdown test right after putting some silicone in place of both gaskets on that side but I kept getting an airleak. Should I wait until the glue has set for w while or do I need to use gaskets?
  15. I found out mine is leaking the same way. I'm going to try injecting some black silicone in between those those two layer and see if that helps.
  16. LOL!...can you get a video of the start-up process? What made you stand it up on the grab bar when it wouldn't start with all four tires on the ground? Seriuosly though, do you have the choke tube between the two carbs?
  17. If you're trying to remove the whole motor, take the tank off first. It will be a lot easier. No need to remove the top end.
  18. Yeah, Kevin sold me junk cylinders....ha! I thought about using thread sealer but I was running out of time before I had to go to work. I put some black silicone off in the bolt hole and I'm going to let that sit and dry until I get time to check it again.
  19. Mine is a 421 also. Mine leaks down at about a pound a minute as well.
  20. During a leakdown test, the lower left bottom bolt on the left side of the motor has air coming from around it. I've tried everything and can't get it to seal. That the only place i have air coming from. What do you guys recommend? Thanks
  21. Fresh fuel and clean the carbs.
  22. I agree, you'll throw in more than 10 grand. I said the same thing!
  23. Have you checked your harness for bad wire(s)?
