  1. Facebook -> Groups -> Extreme PA Riders -> Join
  2. Blue Frame w/ Blacked Out plastics or Orange plastics
  3. I second T Shee, Carb prolly has dirt in it but, check your plugs and the wire swap first.
  4. Now im not positive on this one however, my understanding is that the cross over tube or better known as boost bottle is some cases has one purpose and that is to equalize air coming through the intakes. If you feel that you carbs are sync'd perfect and jetted properly you might be able to toss it. However, out of personal opinion its on there for a reason unless there is a way to compicate for the removal of it i wouldnt. Good luck.
  5. Sounds like jetting in your case. I had somewhat of a the same problem i ended up haveing to replace my coil and everything worked great.
  6. Sounds like a bad flywheel if your positive the stator is good and you dont get any lights when you kick. Just to add...if the magnets are loose the flywheel is no good so, even if they're there your going to have to replace it if you can slide them around with your fingers. Good luck.
  7. ahh i was trying to figure our who that was haha. alright sounds good.
  8. We're from Reading an make the trip up every sunday
  9. Im just wondering whos riding up in Centralia me and my uncle and my buddy go up almost every sunday. Just trying to find some more brothers and sisters on four wheels to ride the coal hills.
  10. From Reading PA, To the hills, Can i get directions i really wanna ride the hills cause there is nowhere in berks to ride and i mean nowhere.
  11. Its a complete T.O.R.S removal new cables caps and all. I was thinking it was just the water making it stick. Yup the slides are in the right way and there is good throttle free play. Thanks for the advice.
  12. I went through somewhat of a similar problem. -Check your throttle free play. -I know you said you have spark but really check iginition coil try using a multimeter it will tell you the ohms (restiance). I thought i was getting spark turns out it was way to weak. Pick an ignition coil up off of RM Stator on Ebay 50 bucks and its far better then stock. -If that dosent solve it along with the other ideas people have recommended do the basics (Carb Sync, Jetting, Cracks in the rubber spigots, etc.) Finnally good luck and just be patient
  13. Ok here's the scoop. So I Rebuilt my whole quad and she is running great. Execpt for a few things, any help will be appricated. 1) When I get her real wet (haha) the throttle tends to stick and boy that has shed some years off my life. 2) She wont idle strong, now i have my T.O.R.S removed and i've attempted to adjust the pilot air screw with no success, Im thinking the jetting maybe a resync. 3) This kind of goes with #2, when im in first she kinda struggles then when i get to about 3/4 throttle she takes off, Like before im thinking jetting and a resync. The important one right now is number 1 I went riding and it happend 5 or 6 times. Any advice is appriciated.
  14. Thanks for the advice men. So I now know that the carbs are jetted for the pipes im running. There jetted for sea level and im sitting at 355 above sea level. Choke tube is there no cracks in intake boots either. I wasnt getting a consitent spark and i checked out my ignition coil and it was bad so I went ahead and got another one. What im thinking is the left cylinder was missing and air/fuel was building up in the header then when the spark would fire it would ignite everything. I Still want to run the leak down test on it. Thanks again ill keep you posted when i get the new ignition coil.
