  1. Hey all, I was wondering if you can give me some information on this issue. It seems to me that there is alot more smoke coming out the left side exhaust. It is also more powerful it seems. When I put my hand behind the exhaust the force of the air is alot stronger then the right side. What can be the cause of this? Also, is there any references pictures, information on how to get the clutch cable back to its original position and placement after rebuilding the motor. Any Information will help. Thanks
  2. Flywheel gap is fine. I have a measuring tool for that. Thanks for your comment.
  3. I just got done putting my 2000 banshee back together cause I had to rebuild the engine. There is no spark at all. I went through all the troubleshooting methods. Check for resistance on primary and secondary ignition coils. Checked the ignition caps and they are in good condition. I check resistance on ligthing coil, pickup coil, and ignition cool on the stator and everthing checked out. The TORS is disabled. Check for contiunity in all the switches and made sure the parking break connection was made. I check to make sure the engine is grounded. I checked to make sure that all gnds are grounded. I check continuity in the wiring harness. So the only logical thing left to do was to get a new CDI. So I bought a new CDI put it in and still nothing working. Sent the CDI back dude checked it and said it is a working CDI. Anyway have any ideas why my bike is defiying the laws of physics? Any ideas will help, thank you for your time.
  4. Hey Guys, I am new on ths forum. Figure I give it a shot. Anyway.... I have a 2000 Banshee. The motor was just rebuild, new crank, bore, pistons etc.. After putting everything together, we realize there is no spark. I went through all troubleshooting methods. Stator has correct resistances, there is continuity in the wiring harness, the primary coil reads .4 ohms which is sligthly hire then .38 but Im sure thats not an issue. The secondary windings have correct resistance. Everything checks up, however this is still no spark. Oh Btw I just tried a new CDI in it and nothing. I think there is a grounding issue. Can you tell me where are all the grounds on the banshee? Thank You for your time.
