  1. Hey guys, I'm looking for some stock intake boots and crossover tube so I can get rid of the boost bottle. Thanks
  2. Well, I bought a jet kit and changed the pilot to 30 and the main to 300. The carbs idle pretty good with the air screws 2 turns out. For the best idle though, the air screw on the left carb needs to be turned all the way in and the right side needs to be turned atleast 3 out? Any suggestions? Thanks
  3. Well, I know I need a bigger pilot becuz I've done that already and the idle gets worse when I start turning the air screws out.
  4. Yes, the carb has uni-pod filters and I'm @ sea level. I was thinking a 27.5 pilot also because if I had the air screws turned 1.5 turns out, I couldn't start it after let it sit 10 mins. after doing 20 of riding w/o choking it to crank it. Like I said before, the air screws are turned all the way in now on both carbs and that's the only way it will crank without having to use starter fliud and restart on first kick after getting warm.
  5. I forgrot to mention I have vforce3's too. I pulled the carbs and the mains are 280 & the pilot are 25. What are your suggestions now? Thanks
  6. I don't know the current jetting. The mods as far as i can see: air box & tors removed, t5 pipes and boost bottle. The idle is fine but when I give it a little throttle, It bogs but still run through all gears. When idling i cant hear the "pinging" in the exhaust like my cousin's. He only has pro circuit pipes and jus blows by me!
  7. Hey guys. I recently bought a '02 and found that the mixture screw on the carbs are turned all the way in. Are they suppose the be like that? If not, what should I do to correct the problem? I'm not mechanically inclined at all and any help would be greatly appreciated.
