  1. Do a leakdown test to make sure you don't have any air leaks or you will be rebuilding a lot sooner.
  2. Did you try new plugs?
  3. Contact Rajun_Cajun on here. I think he was the one who had the problem.
  4. I read a topic on here a while back about a problem similiar to yours with the same carbs. If I remember correctly, he had to drill the fuel inlets on the inside of the carbs to a larger diameter because the bowls weren't filling fast enough. After he drilled them, the problem was gone.
  5. Check your intake where the boost bottle is. Look for cracks. Don't ride your bike until you have fixed this problem.
  6. Sounds like an air leak. Do you have a boost bottle?

  9. The above things mentioned and the reeds as well could cause that problem.
  10. Yeah, disconnect it. Put in new plugs as well.
  11. Me either. I'll stick with the CPIs and wait for the Assassins debut and take it from there.
  12. I would buy 260-330 mains.
  13. That would be a good start
  14. I had the same problem as you described and my CDI was the cause. Do you have a friend you can get one from to test on your bike?
  15. Sounds like the CDI is bad. Here is a link on how to test the stator
  16. Yes, try those.
  17. Did you use a sync tool? Did you do a leak down test?
  18. I don't have any experience with the Shearers or Rockets. I went from T-5s to CPIs on my 421 cub and it was a day and night difference.
  19. Lol, love the originality!
  20. 320 mains sound about right. Try those and do a plug chop and go from there. I have never heard of a 28 pilot though. Then again, I don't know everything.
  21. Sounds like it could be low compression, no spark, the plug, or the reeds.
  22. 27.5 pilots
