  1. I would advise you to perform a leak down test as well, if you haven't already.
  2. I had a bog like you described and had to jet down 3 sizes on the pilot.
  3. Did you ever get a chance to ohm your stator?

  5. Wow! Why don't you tell him how you really feel! Did you ohm out your keyswitch?
  6. If you don't have any air leaks, try going up 1 notch on your needles.
  7. 300 mains, 27.5 pilots, middle clip on needle.
  8. My CDI failed because of a wire in my harness shorted out against the head on the motor. I have never heard of them failing for no reason.

  10. Make sure the wiring harness has a good ground to the frame as well.
  11. Yeah and not having it ported for the 4mil kinda defeats the purpose of going with stroker crank.

  15. 330 seems a little rich for your set up. Do a plug chop.

  17. The cub cylinders do not require any port work out of the box. I think you're going to need a drag port though to reach atleast 90hp on race gas.
