  2. theres nothing wrong with the rear ends of the GTO's i know about 25 people with them and only one or two has broke the rear end and they are NO WHERE NEAR stock. im talking TT 600+RWHP. the only issue is the IRS give some pretty wicked wheel hope when not setup right.

Ive got Jet-Hots and im thinking about a cam and some 243 heads, but then i need a tune thats like 1k worth of mods i dont have the money for. but i can get the tune 350, heads 400-450, and a cam 200ish. and all the little stuff in between. but id also need a converter and some DR's the roads here suck anyhow let alone trying to drive that.
  7. breaking up can be either way. either too rich or wayyyy to lean. at 3/4 just typically means its a needle postion problem. but the main will also effect the jetting at that postion. whats you main, and your entire setup?
  8. well what kind of filter is it? and do you still have tors. it sounds like the jetting is WAYYYY off or there is an electical issue. take the bottom of the carbs off and let us know what jetting you have it should be around a 320 main at sea level i belive
  9. well if i remember the bike DID have a hole below it for clutch access. i am going to take my chances and cut mine open soon it has a pretty good rubber seal in it and if that doesn't work ill fab up something to hole an o-ring
  10. when i dynoed my car at a dyno day here it was COMPLETELY stock, and it was 99degrees in the shade and she was running rich. put down 280ish at the wheels i was pissed shitty factory tune. now i have LT's and ORY K&N and picked up half a second in the quarter still at 80ish degrees out. hopefully ill have it tuned soon should be about 350ish at the wheels. and im either gona spend 350 on spray or a gnarly cam
  11. 2mm shouldnt do it but im not saying it cant, since everything is off get a good reference point and mearue the upper frame hoop. and make sure its not bent. you may have also tweaked they bar mounts thatll do it.
  12. I can get a dyno tune herer in vegas buy one of the best tuners for LSx motors in vegas for 350. but nice mootang. JK
  13. that the 5.3? or the 4.x? it WILL NOT hold a 175 shot 100 max. and throw a cam in it haha its just chevy stuff and its EASY to get parts for. or sell it and gets a G8 or GTO is all you need is seating room. but thats not bad mileage for 303 HP. but you can make more .

  15. if it hit the bars the stem is bent for sure its bent back and to the right. sooo you get a torch, vise, welding gloves, a wrench, ans some help and straighten that shit. jsutt let it cool by itself DO NOT cool it with water it will make it brittle.
  16. my friend just had his bent on his YFZ and we just took it out and heated it and straightned it AND it was twisted too so we took a wrench to it while it was hot. also on the banshees the mount bar that comes up off ther frame is really tall and bends when you roll it too. if the stem is bent in one place like where the top mount is then you can straighten it if you want. we got his YFZ perfect. the strange thing is it was enought to bend the stem like 25 dergees and didnt bent the handle bars AT ALL. i wish they would have bent they are cheaper.. and ive straightened bars before too.
  17. yeap im hoping for some sort of internal part i.e. override or crank and pistons prlly override since mine doesnt shift with the power its got now.
  18. At autozone look for VHT header paint, its ceramic paint good for 2000degrees they also make several different colors and even a clear to go on it, i painted my y pipe for my car no problems.
  19. +1 the biggest problem to us banshee guys its dirt, sand, and mud. they will cause more problems then you would imagine
  20. can you post a pic of the cable. i have the same cable i used for both on mine why wont urs work? motion pro makes a bunch of different cables. ill let you know what mine is when i get home this evining. but it should still work if you turn all the adjustments in before you hook it up.

Sry to hear this man, i know a few people like that. it sucks for sure. although ive hear a few people who have minimal nerve damage and the vertebrae squishing the nerves, they can but a cylindrical clamp around the worst vertebrae to hold them apart. but now your talking major surgery to relieve the pain and hope they dont damage any nerves permanently while doing it. jst a thought if its worth it
