yeah we are almost dont building ours, ive ridden it on hte street a few times, and i thougt my dune ported bike was an adrenaline rush. JTFC this thing is fun, all it needs is some skid plates, shocks, and mounts for the plastics, and a good set of tires that wont come apart at 110-130 LOL EDIT forgot to mentio the front brakes are getting upgraded and the rear is somehow in the future getting a smalle brake of a streetbike,

any machine shop can do it just make damn sure that they dont leave it with a ruff cut, i had a machine shop one time the shit was ribed it looked like it was done with a big fucking angle grinder. it should be smooth like stock when they are done iwth it. if you want to make it look better ive seen some people grind off the ribs on top and the casting tabs w/e you wana call em.

yep just pull that cover off right there and look, if thats not the issue i had my whole side case come loose one time, litterly within a few seconds almost all the bolts were loose and it came off about 1/4" and i had it tight too.

also ther is a little like clip thing with a dog ear and it goes into hole behind it.

thats not freah top end, thats freshened up. i have said it before and a few people dont believe me, but ive seen the 2 into 1 favor one side if the compression is too far off. i bought one that was burnt up on one side, but the other was like new. as i pulled everything off i looked for things that wernt sealed up but it was.

if you have stock carbs, you need to go up to about a 280 -290 thats WAYYYYYYYYYYy to lean you WILL burn it up if you ride it. and ive never seen dynoport racin pipes is it the 2 into 1 pipe?

yeah you can cut off 1/4 to 1/3 or more if you feel safe, and if you cable is in good condtion.

its really hard to help because when different things go wrong different vibrations occur, the best was to know is to ask someone local who knows WTF they are doing.

do you have tors eliminated? weather you do or dont you can take the springs out of the carbs and cut them down some.

well it sounds like you have an air leak, or somthing, you NEVER should run different jets. start it and spray carb cleaner around the intake boots and see if it revs up, that will tell you if you have an air leak.

HELL YEAH it will be insanley loud. but the y pipe makes it raspy loud especially around 2500 rpm. mine sounds like its gona puke a lung then it justt fucking screams. I have no cats either. and I need a new muffer mine sounds like shit, but its loud as all hell here's another thing u might like. if you get some LS2 heads andintake the intake is 90mm so you ned a 90mm tb the ls2 is drive by wire. and the heads ar the same as the ls6 so get the ls6 came some heads and intake and a tb and tune is worth 100 at the wheels if you are interested my friend has some heads and intake also the ls2 cam but you can't run it unless u use ls2 timing gear, chain, and cover

trust me headers make a BIG difference. mostly low end but i picked up 4/10 with just headers. BUT they are VERY VERY loud. and if you have a shitty muffler, (which i unfortunaltly do) they make it raspy somthing horrible.
