yeah no windings means no lights. and it seems like a pieced together bike. id start putting her back together with good parts IE diff pipes and ig its MX those carbs are WAYYY to big if you have an MX port just find out what the port is and build back up from there.

im going to buy the easy shift kit. and hope it shifts easier, mines an 87 with dune port and 34PJ's it WILL NOT shift at WFO. even if i hold the clutch and let off the gas it still doesnt like to shift. soo im going to be putting in my spare tranny if this does not fix it. if already got a modded shift star.

Yes this is true BUT the foreign auto companies are not forced to pay union pay grade, the big three are being FORCED to pay employes twice as much as hyundai or honda etc. including benifits a line worker the guy with a screw gun and ONE job make 80 an hr how can they afford to up the quality when they had nothing to spend in the first place. ALSO ist also our fault as americans that for several years EVERYONE wanted big SUV's so why would they take the time and money to develop higher quality, more fuel effecient cars like the foreign auto companys have always done. BTW Buick is the #1 selling auto in China because its the american lifestyle.

i have abou 3 rims lyin around the house like that. even douglas blue lables and some other douglas with rolled lip too. when i hit a rock its usually just grazes it enough to catch the rim. my brother bent a set of a arms like that. and it didnt even scratch the tire. one of the douglas' split the tim in center where the two halfs are welded together.

is it running too high or dieing. they PJs barley need to be cracked from all the way down to get them to idle.

whats done to your bike? idk where it is but the 35 mm has been dyno tested and is borderline too bike tther was NO gainfrom like 80% throttle to wfo or somthing like that. if you want more bottom end get a smaller carb i believe. and some pt mids and youll think you have a 4 stroke

swell its the same thing its just there because the RZ had them you need the stuff that goes inside.

well idk about where ur at but i can get some that id have to drill the spindle for bolts at SoCal speed shop or a few other places here. and they are like 5 bucks each. but like i said no more tapered shaft it just for bolts. EDIT just looked at that web site, just get some hiems, drill the spindles, and make you some of those SICK bushings to make them VERY useable. it should only take a few minuets with a lathe to make a few

i plan on rewinding it myself, BUT i don't know how many turns to make it 200W i figured if anyone had one i could take it apart to see how to do it better then ricky stator junk

Does anyone have an RM 200 watt stator? if so how is the quality and any problems?

also tq sequence is important so the cases set right that insures proper seal and no air/oil leaks. also we all know how bad it is when things are over torqued :: ::

well im sure someone will post pics, but what they do it mount a shaft and hook the rear clutch on it and put a gear ont that sahaft too the shaft is mounted with bearing rollers and stops and that pretty much it i believe. ive seen a few guys with an override and air shifter if you think he could use clutch and shifter to take off and stop

ive got pods and would NEVER think of running them without outerwears. i was riding all day through silt sand small partical dust u name it i was in it. and i figured after that id need to clean my filters. not even just had to clean the outerwears some. the K&N's weren't even dirty enough to wast the time. i took em off a few days later to adjust floats, and not even a haze of dust in carbs. Ill stick with them but i have dual stage foam filters on another bike it works just a good no dust or anything too.

yeah on a good day the DA here is 2500; during the summer and early fall its still only 8k i hate this place my best is 13.5 with a 2.2 60ft haha. Im going to get a stall, cam, heads when i get some (a lot) more money saved up.
