    ROFLMAO!, spilled my beer even!
  6. If you raise your needle and turn your air screws in a tad you will be actually riching her up a bit. also 270 mains seem very lean to me, I run 270 mains @ 4800' and it runs like a champ. If I run bigger it runs like poo.
  7. I am no jetting expert, but, I would try raising the needle one or two notches, which means putting the clip down lower on the needles and adjust your air screws in a little, just my .02.
  8. You've gone this far, so now you need to get rid of the tors alltogether, you will never look back after you do!
  9. I just installed a 4mm dune port from HJR., New 115mm long rod crank, dune/hill shoot port job and new 795 series pistons and stroker domes. Everything was bought from Kevin and all the tolerances were absolutely perfect just like he said they would be. Props to Kevin @ HJR! I can't wait till I break her in and see how she rips!
  10. Hmm, I didn't see any pins on the stator side of the crank? Thanks for the fast reply and merry christmas to everyone.
  11. Hey guys, I am rebuilding my motor from the ground up, I installed a new hotrods crank and I was wondering what keeps the bearings from spinning in the case? Would it be just the o-rings on the middle bearings? The new crank doesn't have the little nubs like the original one does. One more newbie question, is there only 1 circlip on the power side to hold the crank in line? It looks as if you can use two, one on top and the one that goes on the bottom since the upper case is machined all the way around. Any suggestions or criticizm would be greatly appreciated!
  12. Thanks firebanshee, you da man!
  13. Yup, just one clip on the output side.
  14. 117 mph? your kidding right?
  15. I dont even think it would run with two gallons of oil to one gallon of gas. Mix your gas 32:1. They make a ratio cup that just about any yamaha dealer carries.
  16. You are correct, I went out and looked at the seal really closely, there are springs on both sides. Both sides are identical except there are six indentations on one side, that side went towards the motor. I really dont see how putting it in one direction verses the other would affect anything. I actually put the indentions outward toward the flywheel, I hope I don't have to re-split my cases, maybe someone will chime in and give us both a heads up.
  17. The spring side goes out, I just ran into the same thing, I just looked at the way it was installed on my old crank.
  18. Dude needs to stick to gymnastics! Ha Ha, lol!
  19. I kinda like jamebo's pic. sweet and simple. People don't need to see all out modded shee's all the time. It leaves a little to the imagination. Just my .02.
  20. Oh, a NUTSWINGER, ok I got it now, I was just confused because I looked at the topic description and it said NUSTWINGER, (NUST) instead of (NUTS) Maybe this guy needs to just go nustwing himself.
  21. What the hell is a nustwinger? Plz. fill me in.
  22. Yeah, $29,995 dollas! HE HE!
  23. I got 15k. invested in my first love, a 72 chevy 1/2 ton pro-street truck which ain't nowhere near being done yet. I messed up and bought a banshee and just love to mod the heck out of it, at the rate I am spending money on my shee, It will catch up dollar wise very soon to my good ol 72.
  24. Horsepower is for drag racing and torque is for pulling trailers and shit! And by the way I wouldnt touch your torque cuz that sounds really gay!
  25. Do all of the above and all I can say is MAJOR SPANKAGE
