Hell, your from riverside ca. there has to be tons of welding shops around there, any good welding shop can weld aluminum. You would save alot of money and time if you just get it welded.

The last time I did one I got a piece of hot metal in my eye, I used an air cut off tool and no eye protection. That only cost me 300 bucks for the eye doctor to drill out the metal in my eye and give me antibiotics. All in all the plug chop revealed that my jetting was spot on. :biggrin:

If it doesn't idle with the idle screws screwed all the way in, you probably need to grind a little more off of the bosses so that the needles go into the main body further.

Double check that you installed the flywheel key correctly. Just a guess, hope you get her back up and running again. -

Those things are pretty ugly, I don't think they will look good on your bike at all. I think you should just ship them to me for free since I have an ugly bike to match. :laugh:

Yeah, I think everyone is getting a little antsy for winter to be over so they all can go out and rip! I've been a little grumpy here lately waiting for my friggen parts to come in the mail so I can get my goddamn bike back together, fuck, the mail just came and still no parts, I am just gonna have to kill someone, fuck!

The bikes themselves are gonna be close, I would try to race him on pavement. W/second gear start and definitely turn your boost bottle all the way up!
