  1. Leak down before meltdown
  2. Get good seals and O rings from fast next do you have access to anyone with a true stand to check crank premature seal failure happens for a reason just because you change parts doesn't mean you fixed problem make sure you pressure test that motor when done
  3. Thnks bro is what it is , it's a customer bike so his pipe should come with one brand new
  4. Are you running straight cut primary gears?
  5. Do a pressure test , could be anti freeze, tranny oil , air leak, then compression test it
  6. I would def take shox out and see how far it needs to go to fix problem and go from there
  7. Did you drill out your pilot circuit also I'm running same set up as you and never had issues my lil 4 mil stock cylinder like .1225 on the dumps/ mains running that kind of distance it's one thing to be a lil lean at 300ft but string it out 660 could be and issue, watch your pipe and cylinder temps and read your plugs
  8. Webs are elsewhere I have one at my house rite now and he did a nice job assembling it , came with hot rods 115 long rod max load and tz on pto side checked it on my true stand and it was balls on less than .005 out, I wouldn't hesitate one bit built it within two days of ordering it and fully welded
  9. I ran a pwr ltr-250 rad on a few builds
  10. I need one to fit a shearer pipe the last few blasters I did all had exhaust flanges I didn't l didn't know they were captive of the pipe huh learn something new everyday

Looking for exhaust flange for a blaster hopefully someone's got one
  12. I agree it will crack again if you match I have personally seen more than a few crack in that exact spot from too much material taken out and bad rod angle
  13. Carb bowls on wrong or choke tube did you check that yet
  14. Aftermarket pipes 300 main 27.5 pilots maybe 30 needle 4th clip that's based on a tight motor with no air leaks
  15. Tune it with whatever plug u plan on running,I run br9es on all alky set ups
  16. I'm at sea level bikes I have piped and jetted with fattys with lid on no snorkel liked 240 mains 27.5-30 pilots needle 4 th clip lid off 280 main 30 pilot needle all the way rich
  17. U need to do a proper plug chop but that's not the first serval I heard of that high on jetting I tuned one with similar mods perfect chop at 172 / 52dgh 2nd clip and about 6 months back same basic set up just shearers I chopped down to a 165 /55 cel 4th clip every motor wants what it wants do chops keep it safe and trust your plugs , I have jetted 421 cubs that take less fuel then some servals
  18. One thing at a time and if your short term memory is as bad as mine write down your changes
  19. Oh boy just tossed three if I had more time I would have read this sorry
  20. If I'm not mistaken magnum stopped making baskets had some issues getting magnum baskets for some four poke projects recently but have a bunch in circulation that hold up killer
  21. A good stsrting point would be 200,45 pilot dek needle but your putting together an oddball set up from most so hope you have good tuning skills, also if theres no marking I would put it together and check static compression, if your asking how to find out my guess you dont have the equipment to cc domes
  22. I know because they had nitrous nozzles sticking in the side of them and I have the rest of the bike , and I degreed them
  23. Ive had those cylinders in my hand they came from ny rite
  24. I just like nitrous personally, I have ran it on everything I have ever owned , progressive system on street bikes, mopeds, mini bikes ,400ex,50cc scooters, I figured why not try the shee. Some cant wrap there head aroumd it but theres a reason every serious race car, bike has a bottle in the mix
  25. I use a nitrous express wet kit, nx fuel pump, close to a 4 jet spread, all race gas set up, snapper lawnmower battery and charger, dyna ignition,, stock head and gasket, arp studs , 165lbs static comp . I have no real time on set up or track time too busy working on other peoples junk
