  1. i live in Australia so everyone mostly jets theres in america which is different feet above sea level
  2. hey fellas i'm having trouble with jetting. i changed my jets to 260 because i brought new fmf fattys and when i did it wouldn't hit power band. it was like it was hitting a rev limiter. i also run no snorkel on my banshee (air box lid is still on) do i need bigger jets or smaller jets. also should i leave my pilot at 25 or change to 27.5. cheers everyone

  4. Hey man i was running 260 mains with 25 pilots and 1.5 turns on air screw with stock needle but it wouldn't hit power band. So I changed to 200 main and 25 pilot and then it overheated really badly. But the recomend jetting you gave me would that be perfect for me now or is that just what fmf recommends?
  5. Hey guys I'm having trouble jetting my banshee, i recently put new fmf pipes and exhaust on and i also took the snorkel off. I am not sure what jetting i have to have and I have been having a lot of trouble with it. I'm not sure if this will help but i live in Western Australia an the temperature is usually around 20 in winter and 35+ in Summer and I'm not sure my what my sea level is. But if anyone could help me with what number mains and pilots and needle etc i have to have it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys and have a good one
  6. thanks for the help windy. but if i do just fire it up with the correct jetting and its all good does that mean there is nothing wrong or will there be damage that i cant see unless i take it apart
  7. thanks heaps guys haha i knew i messed up when i saw that my plastic had melted. and i dont think i would have done much damage to the engine because i only rode for like 10 mins. but as you all know 10 mins can do a lot of damage. now that is my next problem, hopefully there is nothing wrong with my engine. and if there is how can i know?
  8. hey guys ive had a problem recently when i bought my new fmf fattys. i installed them and the i took the carbs out to change the jets. i only changed the main jets to 260 and left the pilot jet at 25. but when i rode the bike it wouldn't hit power band. so i went back and changed the jetting to the 200 that were recently in there. i also decided to take of the snorkel on the air filter box. but when i rode my bike it was perfect but my banshee over heated so bad that the plastic has now melted and the rubber that was connected to the pipes and the exhaust was smoking. i stopped the bike and shut it off and smoke was coming out of the exhaust with like a plastic smell. any ideas to what i can do? i think i have to change my jetting back to 260 but change the pilot jets to #30 if that is the problem? but please help because i dont want to destroy my banshee thanks for anyone that replies and gives me help

      Most of those shops are based in America.
