  1. Go on parts site and look a breakdown j usually just call fast racing
  2. Do u still have it send me paypal address consider them gone
  3. Big mike where you ride at?
  4. Remember just because you put new caps on doesn't mean they will ohm out correctly , I think every bike I work on has bad wires or caps. When you did pressure test how did you do it
  5. Do u own a digital ohm meter? If so stop part swapping and start testing. I have also had a motor that held a leakdown test cold But once it ran it would blow coolant by orings in head I found a crimped oring
  6. Just get the mattoon and be sure
  7. Just get the mattoon and be sure
  8. Air leak , pressure test it
  9. I have seen four diffrent motors in front of me supposed to be 4 mil ported hill bikes, funny thing is these kids were stoked about there bikes all had plus six swingers , bling , bling , just need a lil tuning. So I strap my leg over the first one rip it around , it pulled clean top to bottom so tell the kid it's jetted perfect but slow as shit so I take a stock bike with just reeds and an air cleaner and tune (06 white special) and whooped all of them in a drag race on a bone stock bike faces were priceless. One of the little gangsta kids said he was gonna shoot that place up , his feelings were real hurt.
  10. If you have someone weld material to them make sure they preheat material first and be careful with the heat the casting becomes pour us and will fail a pressure test
  11. Almost sure nobody was thinking of your volume theory , they prob did it to smooth out shit or fix poke through if they went to far, stock banshee cases are thin on the outsides and can easily go through while porting
  12. Have you ever looked at a banshee case ? The oil hole sits at the end of a galley or notch or whatever you wanna call it . It collects oil from mixture and drips it on outer race of outside bearing, will it effect longevity of bearing I'm sure there's mixed opinions
  13. I have seen a lot of hacked up cases IMO get stock ones send them to wicked atv and let him cut them , he does a nice job and only takes out what's necessary most builders go crazy with the flycutter and shit ends up paper thin
  14. Exhaust width and shape and a a clean transition into the bore on all ports
  15. It's not to increase volume it's to give the fuel a more direct path to the transfers, I have seen that plenty on jet skis even do something similar myself ,aside from the epoxy flaking off the only thing I see wrong with it no oil gally anymore. The oil gally is the main reason I do not cut shees that way , will it effect anything I'm not positive
  16. 200/130 is perfect for that motor don't go any higher
  17. That's why I said check it numbers didn't make sense to me , those cylinders have to little blow down for my liking but will have smooth power delivery enjoy, every ones definition of dune port is diffrent to me it's more aggressive trail hill shooter style porting
  18. Shipping shit sucks for sure I have got brand new cranks from crank works and they ended up outta true from them to me. Good thing I check shit
  19. That's why I prefer fresh starts in most cases
  20. Sounds to me like someone decked those cylinders down to get those numbers better degree that again and check it
  21. Put it this way 7 mm cranks work with those pistons so what are you trying to do
  22. Np if your bud did pressure test correctly 6lbs for 6 min head should be sealed fine def start rich any other issues I'm rite by jones beAch prob 45 min from you keep Intouch an let me know where your riding might have to meet up and go
  23. I didn't know you were putting in the super stock pistons , so my original thought was just pistons should be close on jetting, secondly I said no two motors are the same give it what it wants thank god you were smart enouph to realize it was lean now before killing , also you should be close last one I jetted with super stocks plug chopped perfect at 310 main but that's not gospel by far , every bike likes what it likes
  24. It depends on tooling you have accessible I made a jumper setup without cutting any plugs just for testing purposes , works great for quick swaps I beleive kumpulsive concepts makes a transition peice for like 10 bucks
