  1. Yes
  2. I beleive a lockup is a great addition to any machine ,along with a cut trans and your in,I'm pretty sure your original ported cylinders will have too much transfer duration unless you deck the bottom of the cylinders to get where you wanna be
  3. How does is idle? Could be a sync issue ,usually low to mid breakup is the pilot to needle transition try needle adjustments go richer one clip at at time? The fact that your air screws are all the way in tells me you need a bigger pilot? Are you sure there are no air leaks
  4. There is a nice fireball set up on for sale check it
  5. That's the one deadbeat , I would like to pressure test this motor , it's easier with that for sure
  6. Lol tricked I feel the same way , I talked to him on the phone and explained while it's apart he should do the crank seals and let me check the crank for runout and true , but you know how people are penny wise dollar foolish ,nice guy tho I wish him luck
  7. Well 90 Isn't good at all and that whole clutch side looks fucked too I would split it check crank and go through everything with a fine tooth comb
  8. If that's the case I have 100s of internal parts let me know
  9. Where in ny are you I specialize in shees I live in nassau county Long Island I would give you a hand if you needed
  10. That's exactly what my bike looked like when I bought her nice find brings back memories
  11. I had a bike thru my shop about a yr ago same thing , it went to east coast atv for a 4 mil and port and dyno tune , it came to me because it wasn't running rite. After diagnoses and a reed check, pressure test I isolated problems with machine . Needless to say owner wasn't very happy I found stock stroke crank with Vito's cut pistons,34pjs jammed in stock boots and he jetted around air leak 68 pilot 178 main no port work , needless to say he wasn't happy
  12. Is that the same side air leak was on?
  13. They suck need one from go karts look at some kart sites and check out some units
  14. I don't let any leakage stay I play till it holds steady did you glue the intakes on and let it dry overnight
  15. At idle,clogged circuit , air leak
  16. You bought a 4 mil kit and are putting a 7 mil in just make sure you check your degree your transfer duration if untouched in a bone stock cylinder they can get pretty close to 130* make sure you adjust your blow down numbers properly so it will effectively pull gear and string out nicely
  17. Ok cool wasn't sure and wasn't in the milk crate of parts, it's like guesswork with some people
  18. Also I have found 33 pwks to like a dek needle in some situations depending on porting
  19. Def do a leak down for peice of mind , do your plug boots ohm out correctly, check the carbs good
  20. Check both stator side covers if it gets wet in there it will ground itself out , I have actuall worked on few that have trapped water. My ohm meter was going crazy and I narrowed it down to that. Obviously check all of harness for tears and possible shorts good luck
  21. First thought is ignition problem
  22. Change your plugs back or change them in general if they look bad
  23. I use 1211 when it's dry all the bolts could rattle out and you still won't get an air leak. Use ascetone on a clean terry cloth prepare the surfaces and your good to go
  24. Sst are not terrible I have had some pretty nice runners with them like stated above perform lekdown test , compression test, take jets out and log sizes and report back
  25. Quite the opposite I have never had a problem with motion pro just with knockoffs
