    The red is actually the thinner coat. Trans colors are mostly laid over chrome bases, and then the color coating on top. That stuff for sure did a great job attacking the coating :thumbsup: has to be good shit right there, because I for one know that PC is a bitch at times.

    Let me know how you like the wrinkle black, I have it on my bumper and grab bar, but have not had a chance to get it dirty and clean it. I wonder how easy the clean up will be with dirt on it.

    I have a set of works triple rates.. I used them on the stock arms. Pretty fresh within the last year re-built and only used about a dozen times.

    Yeah we get 300 for a banshee frame with a single stage color. Thats baked, sandblasted, every hole plugged, and the bearing areas taped.

    Not a bad deal. Blaster frames are pretty small we get 225 for a blaster frame prep'd and coated

    I have a master to caliper front brake system, and a set of powdercoated black spindles.

    Are you doing the fronts as well??? I have a complete front master to caliper, and spindles for a banshee I will sell you. All you will need then is front hubs with disc's.

    Front or rear? I think if you contact Heil you may be able to get a set. I think they are just banjo fittings anyhow, so just baout any will do.

    What are you looking for, I have two sets of front rims and tires. One on douglas, the others IMS steels.

    what about just an Almost chrome powder coating? Or are you really going for the Show me what you got now look of real chrome? Like BigBoy said you will need to be perfect for chrome.

    Find out through your chromer, and see if they do the prep work. Let them know it was PC'd and ask what the charge is. Sand blasting will get it off, but without doing a bake process it takes alot more effort to remove it.

    Couple things that may help are where you are from, how much you are looking ot get for the bike and pictures.

    Looks really Tall? Where do you have the preload set at?

    That is the same coating I have on my headers for my trail quad and my truck. We do that here at the shop.
