    Rolling banshee!

I am in CT hit me up with a PM I may have what you are looking for. Tj
  2. They upgrade, or paint yes.
  3. Not quite 400 but 350-380 and yes the ball joints bind up afterwards. The grease is gone after the prep. but it will ruin the ball joint. I have a set I can show what happens after they go through the over. But cant post it till I get back from vacation.
  4. Not to many good people out there anymore, and it looks like you have found some of the very few
  5. Anodize will work on most surfaces, but i think the heat will burn it off quick and leave your pocket empty. Maybe a hightemp paint or powdercoat depending on the color you are looking for.
  6. So far with the parts I have and have coated, the quad will be the vein blue frame, vein red hubs, sprocket holder, brake hub, wheel nuts, swingarm, and a-arms. The axle, spindles, steering stem, backers and misc. other parts are gloss black. The plastics, I have two sets, both UFO one blue and the other black... Very undecided. Once this roller is together then I have to decide if I am keeping it or not.
  7. The blue banshee frame in the first picture I posted iss just that, vein with trans blue over it. I have pictures of vein with red over it as well. But yes there is a trans yellow that can be over laid onto the vein.
  8. Generally a-arms are cheap, around 25-30 dollars color pending, for each arm. So about 120 dollars. FYI you can not coat stockers though, because the ball joints are non removable.
  9. That is single stage black chrome. Then there is Extreme chrome. or the two stage black chrome.
  10. You could do something like this, as well. Maybe this? I found a nice burnt orange as well.
  11. What about a blue like this?
  12. If you part it out, I'd like to know about the motor. Thanks
  13. At 300 degrees you will be fine. I ride the hell out of my 190's after they were done with no issues.
  14. woudl you sell just the rear brake set up? Also how complete is the electrical? I need everything front to back. What went wrong with the motor? Thanks, Tj
  15. That is actually 2 colors in one so I get hit with the cost of two colors. It was 350 to do that, I have a couple more shot of the bike, and will try to get them up soon. I bought a basket case and Im starting over on it, and probably going to sell the rolling chassis.
  16. PM Fox_Forma he has one for sale.
  17. Frame 2Frame 1I am a big fan of powdercoating. Here is my frame as it sits right now.
  18. I have riden off of Biscane in port charolette. They had a nice place back there. My parents live in North Port.
  19. I'm with you all on this, people are just to damn lazy to care about anything anymore.
  20. I'd be interested in a few things off it if, you parted it out.
  21. Trail riding and sand pit, thats about all we have here.
  22. Weather is nice, good riding temp not hot and you can wear all your gear. Thanks buddy! I plan to input just not alot, I watch several other forums, and the only time I use the pc is at work. I have owned more than one banshee, just the one I have not is a basket of parts. So yes, I paln to get parts cheap, I would like to sell my banshee and get a 4 stroke because I woods ride, when I do ride. Just bought a house to I don't have time to up-keep a 2 stroke. If that answers your questions. I did not mean to sound a like a chump.. If I came off that way to you sorry man.
  23. I work for a powdercoating company and we do quad rims all the time, they are pretty durable. If you are concered about them warping you can go to a lower temp for a long period of time to cure the coating.
  24. Just wanted to say hey to everyone here. I'm new, and probably wont post much just looking for parts to finish a project I have, or sell it once what I have going is done. I'm from Connecticut, not that it really matter, ha ha, but you all know where I am from so you don't have to ask. Later, Tj
