As of right now, I don't have any parts for the ex. I have a pending sale on the bike as a whole for a crf250r, and another for a car. If those dont pan out I may part the bike out, but I still have banshee parts I am having trouble selling.

What is the eye to eye on the front shocks??

Most powders cure at 350-380* for 15-20 minutes(depending on part size). The low temp powders can sure at 250* for 30-45 minutes, at this temperature you should be able to do stock a-arms.. Nothing I do would make me buy powder that cures that low the reason I CAN NOT do stock a-arms. This is a good case for heat lamps true but the bake run of an oven is more cost effective. Tiger makes a good low bake powder. -Tj

Have you set the preload? Sounds like you have to much spring for your weight.

I dont think the axle will look right in red vein. I would do the axle black, and all the small things on it in the vein.

No one wants decent parts cheap?? These are off my 96 they are douglas .190's and have stock yfz tires on them. One tire has a plug and patch but it holds air for a few days before going low. $45 plus shipping I don't know what year this are off of I think they were off my '00 banshee ITP steel wheels with bandit tires $40 plus shipping I also have master to caliper front brake set-ups one with a billet master cover. The one with the billet cover I'd like $75 plus shipping for the other is all stock master to caliper. I'd like to get $50 plus shipping for that one. I have a stock length coated swing arm off a 96 make me an offer for it. I have paypal, and will answer any questions I can if you ask. No denying that prep is 90% of the work, I do coatings as a job.. Powders vary by quality! You get what you pay for.. That said I am done here not cluttering this guys post about how much. If you wish to continue you can pm me.. -Tj

90 sounds fair, 135 is a bit high, for jsut gloss black... As far as the 5 bucks of powder and five minutes of work........ Not true........... But clean yes, it needs to be that..

I would call them and tell them BS.. The canadian dollar is more than the US dollar right now, and the parts hsould be cheaper, that they need to look at the exchange rate.

For sure if they are aftermarket arms I can do them. If they are stock arms I can not, you need a low bake powder to do factory arms. This stuff I do not do. Here are my ASR +2 arms. against the frame.
