It should not chip, it will scratch up a little bit. May be even leave a lift mark but not chip. Powdercaoting is very durable.

You could yes, but why would you want to. Not really going to lower the price much. The only thing I would do is if you are going to remove brackets or something, then take them off. The shop is in East Berlin CT, here is the website. Powder Shop

Yes I do a bake off to rid the oils, bead or sandblast as well as the coating, all included in the prices.

Going off that I grabbed a banshee frame, and tried to see the same places, and pointed them out here. banshee frame I hope that helps.

Okay I took a few pictures, and hope this helps. Mind you this is from what I can see, being there is not a kit on the market that I have found. That 400ex I am building needed a gusset kit, and I got it from Bare Performance this is what they look like Seond thing I did was note where they all went of the ex frame
