Why not use the hydro fronts off a banshee? I have a set of spindles, and complete master down brake system. All you would need should be hubs with rotors.

Good luck! I just bought a supercharger for my truck, UPS dropped it destroyed the front snout, and blamed it on the packing company. The Buyer has to contact UPS, they will come pick up the package and inspect it, to see whos fault it is. Here is where it gets tricky. UPS packing rules, the box "MUST" be able to sustain a 3ft drop, conveyors, and truck deck height. If they deem that it's was not packaged right, then it's up to the SHIPPER to cover the claim, and replace, repair, or refund. That is unless the box was packed by a shipping compnay, then you can fiel with them for the insurance... I will be using FedEx from now on, this is my third filing in the last two months for claims with UPS, they plain out SUCK ASS.........

Where abouts are you in mass? Im 10 minutes outside of hartford CT, I have a 2001 frame with a title, coated whatever color you want. Might be close enough to pick up and save the shipping cost, plus get something trick for about the same amout as an E-bay frame.

If the surfaces are taped off correctly then there will be no issues with puting it all back together. but I have to ask are they stock or after market? Someone wanted to do stocks which I can not due, becuase of the teflon balljoint washers. For sure powder is only a couple mils thick.

I wish I had gotten pisctures when I was in the mock up stage with the blue vein. It might have helped you out deciding.

You should see it next to the orange I did, looks so sweet! for a mono chrome color scheme that is perfect with black.

like I said componet wise they are good bikes. The motors have had many issues in the past. Tranny gears are not hardened, the shift patern is reverse, 1 up, then 3 down, there also is no lock out once you get into 4th you run the chance of getting back into first, and bango... The 125 has about the same power as the honda with a 88cc kit installed. I had the lifan 104 motor and got whooped on by about every 88cc honda out there. Here is the bike I had when it was going together. I currently am building a motor to go back into it. I HATED the lifan motor. This is the one I ride about all the time bone stock..

what color are you looking for? I have a set in blue front, rear, tank cover, rad cover, gripper seat cover with the seat.

I use something like this all the time. We welded d rings to the side rails for hold downs, mounted a truck box to the front and then welded gas can holders next to the box. It is really the perfect size. Oh and check home depot or lowes, they are little bit less money there I think. Got ours at a scratch and dent from the homie d for 700 bucks, replaced the tounge called it good!

For sure !!! I own three of them!! Never let me down, just cost a bit more to build up, the other way to do it is buy that bike and a honda motor with the 88cc kit on it and eat shit up!

Okay sorry, I was busy all day. Yes both the black and the silver on the pipe are high temp coatings. The silver is rated at 1300 degrees, and the black is rated for 2000 degrees. They do dull from heat not real bad and you can polish it back out. I help out at a shop that does coatings, so I know a thing or two about them yes.

This is gloss white with chrome, the shine is about the same off the pearl once it gets clear.

Okay sorry for the wait been busy. Here is pearl without clear backed by a chrome peice.

I use it all the time. Our black is good to 2000 degrees, the chrome-like is good for 1300 degrees. The silver here is polished(chrome-like) and the shield is the black. Both high temp coatings.

I have one just dont know about shipping to canada. What are you willing to pay for something already powdercoated?

If you look at the picture, all the blue is really a silver color without the blue. The black is always black. If you remove the black, and replace it with white I think the top coat of blue may just be light blue with dark blue on the spots of silver. I am thinking if they make trans-white. that you could get teh black low points with white high points...

I have seen pearl white done. I will be posting a couple of pearl white backed by chrome later tomorrow.

I did not look at the month it was for, but yeah if it was april that is possible....

I was out and about, when I saw the possible 2008/9 banshee. It's a 500cc 4stroke, with half the R1 motor in it, and boast a claim of 70 stock hp. The frame is derived from the YFZ450 and some of the R1. They also use the 450 headlights. Looked like it might be a nice ride, not a 2stroke but could have potential!
