    parts neede help

I have a set of works triple rate fronts shocks. I have a seat and plastics, but I know shipping is costly.
  2. I have a set of works triple rates for sale. PM me if you are interested.
  3. Thats a pretty sweet bike, wish you were closer.
  4. I have a few things, just dont know what you may need, or want.
  5. Have any pictures of them? Intrested in any trades?
  6. Not the best shot but here is my new frame color.
  7. Here is mine, this is the only real good shot I have of it.
  8. It's actually pretty easy to clean, just hose it off. If you have to some S-100 works well, to help out with the heavy mud. I wish Jbooker would post a picture of the frame I did for him, that thing was sweet!
  9. Couple ways to go about it. 1 would be to use the bolts and then remove them, this will build up onthe heads though and you will have to replace them, if it is more than one coat. Second thing is to use plugs. If a shop is doing the work for you they have these already.
  10. Here was the color of my frame before I sold it. this was the swinger I had as well.
  11. Yeah the Honda 450 is nice. The valve maintenance isn't all the bad every three oil changed just check them, to make sure they don't need to be adjusted. 1500 miles for an oil change, and every other oil change do the filters.
  12. Yes, that is mine. It's a 2004 KTM 525sx converted to motard/street. I did a factory woods stator upgrade to run lighting, built the tranny from a 4spd to a 6spd. Then ditched the 21front and 19 rear wheels for the baer 17" true lace wheels. They are just about perfect for balance the only reason for wheel weights were the tires themselves. The work that I put into this thing has paid off, looks from everyone police inclued to figure WTF it is. Most of all everyone agrees it's cool and badass all at once. Harley guys like it cause its not a sport bike, sport bike guys like it cause it unique, I love it cause its mine.
  13. Man the green is a good looking bike! Hows that acra pipe sound?
  14. Well freedom can be taken in many ways. There is a certain freedom that is for sure that comes with riding. here in the US riding is more recreational, where as other countries this is a way of life. I ride off road for the fun and sometimes the challenge of what maybe out there to tackle, hills, trails, track ect.. I ride street for freedom, yes. When something is bothering there is nothing better than going out to hammer some back roads, to clear the mind. But I also ride for the freedom of it was by choice I picked out my bike, and I can use it when and just about where I want. BTW, the x-10 is a sweet bike, what color is yours? Everyone I know with one seems to have gone with the black.
  15. Here are a couple more shot of how it sits right now. I am still going to get new plastics, tires, front shocks, and airbox for it. Anyone have any idea roughy how much I should ask for this? http://northeastcoatings.net/tj/IMG_7037.JPG http://northeastcoatings.net/tj/IMG_7038.JPG http://northeastcoatings.net/tj/IMG_7039.JPG http://northeastcoatings.net/tj/IMG_7041.JPG http://northeastcoatings.net/tj/IMG_7043.JPG http://northeastcoatings.net/tj/IMG_7046.JPG
  16. I think I have a set still they are powdercoated Vien red. If you want to come pick them up they are yours free.
  17. Ebay is a binding contract. You could make him jsut pay for the bike, since he did buy it now. There is no mistake about the "BIN" button.
  18. I am in the process of getting my 400ex together to sell. If you want something mostly done, feel free to PM me and I will get you details.
  19. Yes, they will be better than stock, if they are right for your application(weight, ride style ect,,)
  20. I shipped a motor for CT to the midwest, sometime ago. The weight was about 110lbs after packing. Cost was 120 dollars. The best way would probably be USPS, or DHL which is the heavy division of the post office. They have a shipping estimater on the USPS website. You will need to provenice and address of where you are shipping. Also make sure your buyer is aware of the exchange rate, this usually makes US items cost more going to canada.
  21. I loved my triple rates did most of the same riding as yourself. I have them for sale if you are looking for a set they are non-rezzy.
  22. It will hold up longer than you think, I have done almost all mine in the past. I just don't know how long a home jobber will last.
