  1. [quote Do you have a timing plate? If not spend the 30-40 bucks for one and set it at +4 and you'll be pretty happy It is well worth the money. I'm at +4 timing and 20cc domes@850ft, 160psi. Runs great on pump gas! You would probably be better off with the 21cc's with your elevation
  2. Carrier bearings O.K.?
  3. I always look for octane booster in the refrigerated section of the gas station, right next to the Red Bull.
  4. I'll take a half-dozen for the Wings thursday night and we'll call it even!
  5. Do you have aftermarket pipes? What size sprockets are you running? Think your running lean, eh? Plug chop to prove this? Didn't think so  You will face bigger challenges in life than tuning this Banshee!
  6. No, I got it. Was just addressing the fact that he also misspelled desert. Now you got it?
  7. Naw, he said "dessert" tank, so I am guessing a "sweet" IMS or Clarke. Free bump anyways, bud
  8. Get the iridiums, your the man if you do a $70 plug chop!
  9. That your old man in that pic, loco? I also think the red looks sharp!
  10. When I had only FMF's and a K&N, I went up to 340's before I had a good plug chop, same elevation.
  11. I'd say an honest 5 seconds
  12. oil-cooled aluminum frame? SWEEEET!
  13. Yeah, a new top-end is way less effort, lol. Grinder with a cut-off wheel and a vise. Hacksaw and a vise. Ive done it with a hacksaw and a pair of vise-grips, now THAT took some effort. $3.80 worth of plugs to take the "mystery" out of jetting your mains? Come-on, man!
  14. OOOH! I love getting surprises! Like a Cracker Jack prize! How much for the mystery box ( and don't you dare tell me what it is!)
  15. I handed them off to my friend last night, when he compares them I will post the results. He basically has a front end on his blaster that is ready to fall apart (his truck is the same!). He said if they don't fit he's gonna give them to his dad's sawmill maintenance man to "retro-fit." I told him I'd rather get my basically new arms back before he Frankenstein's some kind of death-trap. Dude's a real Wanker, but a friend nonetheless.
  16. I think a plug chop procedure is stickied, but you need to sacrifice a new set of plugs for a wide open run to get correct readings. If you run the plugs more than that, you will not be able to read the plugs for main jet sizing. You are cutting the threads off, right? Hope this helps you!
  17. Someone knows what I'm talking about, I just KNOW IT!!
  18. I know several people that have failed drug tests for pissing "dilute negative." They don't like it when there is no urine in your urine!
  19. He have sticky hand-party with your sig pic
  20. I have had no complaints with my LSR +4. I don't hit huge jumps, but I do hit smaller ones very awkwardly! Chrome is still all there (3 years old) and straight. Haven't had to cash in on their warranty but it is supposed to be lifetime. They'll even straighten it free for a second owner!
  21. I know it's a long shot, but had to ask to help a buddy out. If not, anyone have a nice set of OEM Blaster arms with good ball-joints?
  22. OOPS! I had a friend put them on my gps and I thought that's what he called them. They are probably 3 years old at least, though. I tried looking at my gps to see if it would tell me, but I couldn't find it in there.
  23. YO! Easy on the trigger there, son!
  24. You sound like your from London. Greetings! Check your compression, it may be low. What's your elevation across the pond, mate?
