  1. i got a set of 64mm bore juggs ported for a 4mil with 795s... ill be getting rid of soon for my cubby... they have 5 trips to glamis on them... make me an offer and see what we cant work out... the porting is the alba 4mil port... its just a cleanup port to change the port timing... so if you ever wanted to get a mx or trail or dune its got all the metal there to do what ever you need...
  2. nice... how much he charge you for the plans?
  3. what year stang you got?
  4. your lights will look like there is piss in them and be very very dim... your cdi will take the amount of juice it needs to power the ignition and then what left over will go to your lights...
  5. if your doing trail and mx id go with 39-33 carbs not 35's sorry thats 30-33 not 39
  6. i wouldnt go CPI for a trail mx bike... get some T-5's... what kind of porting do those jugs have? you wouldbe very smart to splt the cases and have your crank welded... your adding power by getting portwork and that stock crank has a bad name for coming apart...
  7. that crank will run fine... its just a little less reliable... the long rod crank has a better angle at which the motor fires putting less stress on the bearings and all the components.... the spacer plate is kinda a half ass way to accomedate a stroker... if you really want to feel the differance of the stroker crank have your jugs ported and get your domes cut.... with the rods being 110 not 115 i want to say the pistons series is 513 but im not 100% depending on how much they are asking for it id say just get your self a normal 4mil long rod and be good with it...
  8. where did you guys get them at? im interested in getting a helmet cambut i wat to test drive it and see how well it works and how clear it is befor i drop 200 bucks into it and it endsup sucking
  9. oh you gone and done it now !!! the bombs on its way over right now you son of a!!!!!
  10. oh hey im a tard i forgot all about your head getting milled... youll gain a little power off it but nothing amazing... your really going to see the differanc once you port like said before...
  11. 100 bones? damn i only got like 60 out of mine...
  12. well neither of those are really power adders... the reeds will make you have better throttle respones and the timing will give you some better bottom end... id say get them now if you got th extra flow.. might as will if you plan on getting them either way...but when you get it ported ... thats when you will really notice it
  13. you will feel some differance ... it wont be a monster but you shoud feel better throttle response and a little more bottom end.... what elevation you at? id say take 20 off the head... depending on your elevation you might take 30 and still be good for pump gas...
  14. also alot of the bigger motor run 2-5 cause they launch in 2nd and never see first... so they get a billet 2nd and go from there...
  15. purging is ez... allyour doig is getting a bottle and running normal premix in the carbs and motor because alky will eat your aluminum if you let it sit...
  16. this isnt the same barrnet you have these are brand new... the plates can be replaced on these if they get grooved rather then geting a full new basket...
  17. is that on a LOOOOONGGGGG flat road? i have a feeling if its up a hill your gps is off.. polish went up olds and only hit like 70.. and he has alot of shit done to his bike... and the busa sheee went 101 up sand mount... so 80 sounds a bit unrealistic on that bike...
  18. oh nice i might have to give that a try and churchup my old ladys 450 some...
  19. they both make good carbs... how ever the price of the good mikuni are much more then the PWK... and the PWK have better throttle response...
  20. the light its self you can get at radioshack but im sure it doesnt have a fiting to mount as a tail light
  21. do a compression test if your still good then theres no reason to replace it yet.. how ever when you do replace it, if you choose to stay with the stock crank have it welded... thats what weak on them not the whole thing... th crank its self is fine you need it to be welded so it doesnt come apart...
  22. yea you got to kick it over cause there was actually quite a bit more once we did that , that came out... i read on a transmotorworld thing that the recommended is 580 but it caused something to make a noise... so he does 625cc which is the same as 625 ml so i went with that...and the oil is ez you just watch it in the little window thing...i got it right on at first but after i ran it i had to add a little more once it filled the oil filter and shit
  23. hell if i know... i found these online...
  24. ok i got it... incase someone else needs this info its 625 cc's which is the same as 625 ml....
  25. conversions... a cc is the same as a ml right? so 625cc's is the same as 625 ml?
