  3. ill have to get directions for it... its down in some small getto part of TJ, it would be well worth your time to take your buddy lol... no where in the states is going to come close to the prices this guy does in TJ... he is in hotrod mag... does really good work... tripple palted chrome for MUCH cheaper then the garbage thats in the states

  5. i dont think chase has the right equipment to make something that detailed... those machines are very expensive!!! he can make you some stickers for sure but i dont think he does graphics kits
  6. yes you can hook it up.. you have to do the dc conversion... personally i dont like it cause it heardf many more stories of them runing brand new staotr then working but some guys have had no problems with them... go to the first opening page and in the center there is a link to the dc conversion tells you how yto do it... edit: actually its not there any more so heres the link Click Here
  7. id go with that... if your not sure your going to go with a bigger motor then i wouldnt put the money into some heavy topend pipes and go with some all around pipes instead...

  9. either will work... extremes will cost you more... just dont get the superlites... you jump a dune on those and they go pop...

  13. thats sounds about normal for them... call jeff at fast ... he can set you up with a set im sure.. hes mine and many others on here go to guy for parts... as for the porting... when you go to a 4mil your port timings change so your jugs are going to have to be redone... unless your plan is a spacer plate... you dont need anything done to the case to run a 4mil... once you move to a 7mil or bigger you got to have it trenched... im no porter so im not going to try and give advice on the pict... maybe someone thats done some porting can chime in...

  17. you should be able to run 33 with no problems... you can for sure go smaller domes if your willing to run race gas... id say 20' or 19's and your going to be right there, but the only 100% way to know is a comp test
  18. your jetting seems off.. try 27.5 pilots.. and your main should be much higher then 190 at that elev... i was at 1000 or more and i was running 320's so you unpiped should be at least 250 mains... buttry the 27.5 pilot and jump your main way up and go from there... go to pepboys and get your self a box of plugs... BR8ES cost like 18 bucks and start doing plug chops and youl get her going right... just takes some time man...

  20. you dont need a differant flywheel... the stock is fine.. the only differance with the rs flywheel is the magnets are layed in the metal differantly.. they arnt any stonger... the stator is the power to everything on your bike... coils lights everything...
  21. to run the 1000 fibers you dont need anything special... just order the number of fzr1000 fibers and get stock banshee steels and ruff the steels up a little bit with some fine grit papoer and install them as normal...
  22. well i hate to break it to you but your theory is backwards... when you dont connect the loop by i.e. tether or splicing your curcit is open... and with electical current an open curcit is a none working curcit... you must complete the curcit and close it so the loop is completed for it to work./... so if you bike only ran with the tether out or the wires not spliced you got some electrical problems somewhere along the way thats for sure
  23. 795's are for a longrod crank... i want to say the series for the normal length is like 513 but im not 100% sure on that...as far a the pipes and carbs... you can run those but as you said they just arnt the best for that motor...i wouldnt waste a set of 29pwk to bore them out.. you might be able to find someone to trade you some 30's for your 28's.id diffenatly say get a coolhead and domes for that motor if your not against running race gas... either case get your crank trued and welded! edit: thats posed to be 28pwk not 29
  24. well first off a properly jetted motor shouldnt start unless the choke is pulled when cold... if you can start it without the choke being pulled you got to big of a pilot jet... in your case even after its started it only wants to run when its pulled even after its warm??? if so your pilot is probly too small what size jets you have in there and what elevation are you at?
