Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I meant $25 shipped. And yes I know us veteran Banshee owners throw that stuff away, but you never know who needs the stuff to make their bike run. Ebay prices for this stuff is ridiculous.

Came off my perfectly running 2002. $25 shipped PayPal as gift or add 3% for fees.

You understand the shit that's spewing from your brain thru your finger tips. We're here to help you try and fix your bike, not proof read some 8th graders text to his posse, crew, clique or what ever the fuck its called now a days. Show us a little respect and you'll get yours. And BTW, I could that have it running tip top in < 10 mins.

Did you fully disassemble and clean the carbs? Also verify float height is 20mm +/-1mm. -

HJR Dune/Hillshoot port on pump gas hp?
Strm Trpr replied to sycoticbanshee00's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
more peak power, but less power throughout the powerband when you compare rpm to rpm. shearers are a drag pipe with more emphasis on high rpm power so they'll shift the powerband to the right by ~500 or so rpms. and your porting is also more aggressive than a straight up Dune Port shifting the peak power further to the right still. bench racing is for fags. get out there and race that bitch... -

And, here you go. Right on Herr Jugs site in the photo album. http://www.herrjugsracing.com/photo_album.html Click on the black and yellow bike, (HJR Dune Port, T-5s, pump gas, stock carbs), and it will link you to dyno sheet. http://www.herrjugsracing.com/files/Alec1.bmp -
HJR Dune/Hillshoot port on pump gas hp?
Strm Trpr replied to sycoticbanshee00's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
never run a 10" diameter wheel. added weight and less paddle tire floatation. if all you're doing is drag racing, then 21x12x8 or 22x11x8 8 paddles. then gear it with sprockets to pull the hills you race in the gear you want to be in at the finish line. -
best idea I heard yet.I've ridden both carb set-ups and a well tuned twin carb runs way harder.

Newbie with 421 cub - Kevin Herr Rocks
Strm Trpr replied to Qricker's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Probably manufacturing defect. Do you have the other rod? Did you see any numbers/letters on the rod beam? There are some suspect rods out there that flat suck. Do a search on rods and you might find that your rods in that cub motor might be the ones notorious for breaking. -
I rode my bike stock with T5's and pods, jetted perfectly too and it was good, but lacking. Then I added +4* timing with a Chariot Timing Plate, Chariot Reeds and Chariot Billet Intakes. I could definitely tell there was some added power throughout. I figure most of the bottom-end pull came from the timing and the top end increase definitely came from the reeds and intakes. I've never been able to pull 6th with paddles at Pismo, but now that's no problem. Hope this helps.

Yes, please let us know either here or link to a new thread when the pump will be available again.

Do some research. I think I read more bad than good about the cfm airboxes. Plenty of airboxes on eBay. Place a WTB ad here on the HQ. I'm sure someone can help you out.

I had a 92 LT250R, it was a superior POS! Here's a 2000 Polaris Trailblazer 250 in your neck of the woods. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/sno/4222802359.html Trailblazers are 2x4's that are 2 stroke automatics. What a perfect way for anyone to learn how to ride.

Notice how the frame is c-notched for the left carb...

Indeed! Holy shit, your coal hills are 500ft tall? Sand Mountain, NV has a 500ft elevation change, and that hill is pretty fuggin big.

Not sure what to say Haas.My cyls and head are stock, are yours? How rich is your oil/fuel mix? If you run more oil in your mix than I do, then that's part of the reason. I run 18oz of Yamalube 2R to 5 gallons of 91 octane which is 36:1. I've put 20 gallons of fuel thru it jetted as so at the dunes. If it was too lean, it would've melted down long ago.

So, let me get this straight, do a DC conversion, Trail Tech Stock Mount Lights w/LED Bulbs and you're good to go?
