I use Corel 12 or X3 mostly, I also use Gerber Omega and flexi-sign 7.6, all are great programs. The tmplate I made just by taking all the measurements off the bike. It will be printed vinyl with a thick clear vinyl on top, don't think I'm gonna go with the 20mil stuff, I think it's a little to thick, I've made templated for sandblasting out of 5 mil and it's pleanty tough, so prolly 10 mil clear 3 mil base....I'm thinkin, have to see. Pashe makes a decent brush, I have a Crescendo it's a double action w/ internal mix, I've had it approx 10 years now and it's been great, the fat body also makes it easy to hold, I think their only around 60.00 with a med. tip and comes with the air line. If it overheated, you have more troubles than what coolent to run..... I use Acura factory coolent. Honda works just as well, color is the differance.

It's not shiny, but I use the yfz450 thumb throttle and it's nice and smooth, don't know why, but it is....not to mention CHEAP!

WOW Mullet man, nice job, I'm sure this is why most havn't had anything to say lol, you have seemed to cover all the bases, and it looks FANTASIC! How did you find the ride? any bumpsteer? are you using the stock banshee wheels or are you inverting them? Now that we know you can make the 450 arms fit, a complete clip would be awsome, utilizing the better brakes and shocks as well, and I belive the spindles are aluminum like the raptor. You have also done a fantastic job on the "how to" layout, I used to write up SOP's (standard operating procedures) when I was a millwrite and I always seemed to forget something lol. If my opinion matters, I say you've done an awsome job, I'm gonna go hunt down some 450 arms now before they turn into gold on ebay LOL!

nikasil (nickle silicone carbide) is a treating/coating used on aluminum cylinders, you can find it in almost any late model 4cyl car engine. The nikasil is VERY hard, but it dose (like anything else) wear out, and then it is very expensive to re-do. Some drag race engines use it on cast cyl's but these are very short lived and frequently replaced. With hone and ring technolagy now days, there is nothing wrong with the cast sleeves. The HP gains on a nikasil cyl in neglagable, especially for the cost.

280-300's are a good start, you'll need to go a size on the piolt (27.5) and go from there. enjoy!

I think your best bet is to drop it off at a garage and have them press it off, most garages have a large press for wheel & axle bearings. Good luck

My buddy and neighbour have 2 pits and they are fantastic dogs, here in Ontario they are banned , so when these ones are gone, won't see many more. I think it's all in their upbringing, I let my 3yr old play with the dogs all the time, I feel he's safer with the pits than with the other nieghbours Lab! Nice dogs guys, Boxers are my personal fav's though :cool:
