Shee-Male

Starting to put together this 4mm long rod RZ350 powervalve motor and was wondering if anyone has done this before?, is there anything to watchout for?, anything different from the Banshee 4mm install? I will be using a hotrods crank, 795 series wiseco's and a machined cyl. head. Also dose anyone know how to index the powervalves?

I like the heatseekers that sre visable thriugh the holes in the tank plastics, super clean, as is that setup of jbooker82's.....very nicely done, I'm tryin to figure out where to put mine without hackin holes into the plastics...& that gives me a few more ideas!

Do you have all the bushings?, any leaks?, will you ship to Canada?, do you take paypal?

I used raptor pegs, also -2, then welded in my stock Banshee pegs. I also bent up a peice of flat 3/4" and made a kick up with a little lip, everyone hounds me for a pair now :cool: I'll try and post a pic later.

A chunk of 1.25 chromoly tubing and I made mine +1.5" for $10. easy to do if ya got a mig welder :shrug:

Hmmmm, I'm thinkin self portrait?

Can the stock head be machined to siut the 4mil stroker hot rods crank? instead of running that super thick Gasket?

bolt on the stock spindle just fine, still have them on my Shee now.

Boost bottle should get you that extra 1000 rpm :yelrotflmao:

RZ gears are also narrower, Ive seen banshee trannys with the RZ 6th gear, that would be sweet. If you do a search I posted the RZ and the Banshee tranny ratios side by side a while back ago. :beer:

blue/white & blue/silver are the best combo's IMO, although the bike dose look nice currently.

I bored a bunch of them when I worked at the machine shp, cheap mod at the time, I'm always on a budget :biggrin: . They work not to bad at all, I did a set for BenBB (for free) for his RZ Shee and they worked nicely for him as well. Good uprade over stock, or stepping stone for that matter.

not a big enough differance to worry about. Give the carbs a good cleaning, but I wouldn't be conerned.

The banshee makes a decent amount of power out of the box, If you want a good performer, mabee spend a little on the suspension & the bike itself....get the power to the ground, a good set of tires, A-arms, widened rear and a set of shocks will make a drastic improvement. Im the engine department a lghtened flywheel, 28-30mm carbs, V3's or carbon reeds and modded cages, air filter, decked stock or cool head for added compression, a fresh top end, and advanced timing will also make a huge differance.
