  1. Can you hit me up with some more info, mainly price and weather or not it comes with shocks. Thanx Bansh-eman.
  2. hmmm, I don't see any Banshee products on this site, says it's owned and run by a guy named James Woodford. I was lookin for Dean Sundahl at SRP, but there is no web site for him, and I can't seem to find a number
  3. So lets say someone has some cash, & the only thing he wants is a Sundahl frame, how dose one go about getting such an animal?
  4. They're close, but they clear, have the same set up on mine, on the LSR arms, you can wind out the heims near the frame and turn in the ball joint, effectivly moving the control arm closer to the wheel, but it shouldn't be nessesary. I run mine the way they came from LSR and simply bolted in the 450 shocks
  5. XS NRG Quadcraft "shake & bake" Scott's racecraft & fab No name?....crap, already taken lol Five Star Scotts super sport the "Q' (for quad), Q powersports We're gonna need a little insite as to what turns your crank......
  6. Percision Powersports & Inginuity.....I picture a lightbulb....or PPI
  7. The rz rides like shit with the valves half opened or closed, some have left them open for drag apps. but then whats the point of having them, plus bottom end really suffers. The harness is not that hard to make once you have the peices, check out BenBB's FAQ's and web page, this is where I got all the info to do my conversion. I'll try & dig up a copy of Bens Diagram and post it.
  8. PM liftTd4r, he might be interested.
  9. ^^^^ I bet they wouldn't care if it was a C-section lol Congrats on the baby BOY! My 2nd sone was born in July, boys are the best. Your sons initials are LA JC...you can have fun with that
  10. You bet ya, I know what you mean for the chuckle, I did a logo for a guy, it was an alien in a viking helmet, he puts it oneverything, like a brand, it certinly makes people take notice "an Alien in a Viking helmet?" lol, company was Outer Limits. I'm a graphics designer for a living, regardless of what you choose, feel free to let me know & see if I can help put something together for you.
  11. Hop on Ebay, get a couple thousand ice screws (you'll need them up front to remember) get out your dewalt and find a good program on TV and start fillin those tires! Be sure to put down a peice of cardbord so not to scratch the hardwood.....not that I would know
  12. How bout a little more info?, I work from the graphics standpoint, like what the bizz name will look like in print. Are you looking for an abbreviated name like CFM?, do you prefer script or or blocky type fonts?, do you like sculls, tribal, or dark/ aggresive imiging? I lean towards aggerssive for aggesive sports  Will you be manufacturing peices again?, this should also be reflected in the name, to be honest, when I saw "CFM", I thought you did tuning or carburator work only  maybee: Scotty's Engineering Scott's Racing Development S-R&D OR Terminal velocity (you could use the little Vt as the logo) Synergy ( I always liked that word ) Percision Guessworks? lol Virtuoso Mind's Eye ( I picture an eyeball that is half brain..cool logo?) Madhouse OR Tantrum Powersports/ racing/ performance/ engeneering/ etc. Ill Tempered " " Malevolent " " Hostile " " Sinister HardKore Maybee even Blood thirsty or Cold?....like the ex. ? :yelrotflmao:
  13. I would replace it with a bolt LOL j/k. seriously, make a stop at a local bike shop or your dealer & get the correct one.
  14. The real fact of the matter is that any aftermarket pipe will be an improvment over stock, and if you are working with a budget, buy a pipe that your budget permits, you really can't go wrong with Toomeys, I had run Fattys for a couple of years and liked them but found them a little peaky, my personal fav are the Paul Turner Hi revs...the roll on soooooooooooo smooth and PULL, light weight and sound sick!. I am also a big fan of the rockets I run now the large chamber sounds like hell on wheels and power delivery is awsome!! As for reed cages V-fore compared to a modded cage with PTR peddals.....I would take the modded cages any day of the week, not to mention put the 250$ differance into other parts on the Shee.
  15. cross border shopping is great right now with the dollar difference...or lack there of I should say lol, recently picked up an older blazer in Ohio...SMOKIN deal! I ship ebay items to the states all the time, I don't find any extra effort at all
  16. ^^^^agreed, I have also snapped clutch bolts with the same torque spec :shoothead:
  17. ...come on, we've all run from the cops at one time, officers not much older than yourselves on a powertrip, drunk with power....I don't stick around for that shit! Regardless, I love this EFI setup, I can honestley say I'm gonna give it a go in the next year....I hate carbs!! You've done alot of work turbobanshee, and thanx for posting it and sharing with the rest of us. In the future you may want to look to a RZ tranny for the wider ratios.
  18. LOL, I just read the artical...sounds like my echo. Good info and a more in depth explination
  19. On a 2 stroke the most crutial part to "break in" is piston rings, letting it Idle will only do you wrong. Fire it up until the head is warm and then GIVER, beat on it... the only way your gonna seat a ring on a fresh cylinder is to get the cylinder pressure high enough to force the ring against the cylinder wall and seat it! The first 10 minutes of the engine running is the most crutial...let it idle and the rings wear a light almost wavey pattern into the cylinder, a path that the rings will be forced to follow from that day forward. I also see no reason why you can't use a synthetic oil, the oil is to lube the crank, and if I had a fresh motor I sure wouldn't be cheapin out on the life blood Everyone has there own way of doing things, I have personally Broken in many motors for myself, customers and on the dyno for the 6 years I worked at the engine machine shop, from 20-2000HP the system is the same and have yet to see a break in related failure. The engine need to be broken in the way you plan on riding it, if you plan on riding it at idle then break it in that way
  20. I can understand, when your super busy and there is a million things on you plate stuff can be delayed, but we're talkin 6 weeks here, I can understand where these people are comming from. If USPS returned all 5 parts, then fill out the appropriate paper work and send them back out...same day...they don't need some sort of decontamination period, get that frame on a bus to ship, it's cheap and take only a couple of days, get you shit together, make your paying customers happy and make a honest name for yourself, from the sounds of it your still young...not a good time to start a shitty reputation...but I fear you are to late
  21. I'll take the chain sliders and the skid plate shipped for 50$, let me know if thats cool.
  22. The power valve assem. gets in the way of most pipes unless you put a huge dent in them, Paul Turner Hi & Mids, Rockets, old Tommy's fit for sure Pro circits & DG's also I belive. You'll also have to have adaptors to fit the RZ jugs and slip on the banshee pipes. If your interested I have a set of FMF fatty's modified to clear the power valve with the RZ flanges welded od in place of the slip on flange, I'll let them go cheap.
