  3. hey hey there ya go, make sure you have the plastic spacer on the shifter shaft between the case and the stator cover, that will help prevent it next time :happy:
  4. behind the rad there is a brake junction block, make sure the lines are all tight, you sure it was brake fliud and not antifreeze?, there are the vent lines up there that can burp out fluid from time to time.
  5. after your done fucking everyone, pull your clutch cover and make sure the gear selector is still over the shift star, I've had a buddies slide off. I t could also be a bent shift fork, or a fucked gear set, but check the easy stuff first.
  6. whatever you use, you'll wanna keep it sealed up so no water or dirt gets in the flywheel & stator.

Hope to have the bike alll back together by mid may, picked up a set of rockets from Parker, so if anybody wants a set og FMF's fit with the RZ flanges, I'll let them go for next to free :happy: I'll post pics soon enough!

To be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first because of his low post count, but he was on top of his emails and kept me updated, the part arrived here in Canada in 4 biz days , packed very well and in better than expected condition.   11. I belive it was Tommy boy that said "anyone can shit in a box and mark it garunteed", boost bottles are just a gimmick, like splitfire sparkplugs, not to mention a HUGE waste of space, and the explination writtin above....truly the silliest thing I've ever heard.

  13. I've done the same thing years back, got the info from BenBB, I got a set of billit ones and all they were was 1/4" aluminum with a hole on either end and 3/8" aluminum spacer and a couple bolts , I've since made a set with very little effort, time, or money

  15. yeah, the eliminator just takes the place of the battery, so I can't see it being a problem, just make sure to use a motorcycle battery Yes indeed, Boxers are the greatest dogs ever, I have a 3 yr old male Lewis, they have such an awsome temperment and are EXCELLENT around children of all ages!

Thanx bansheeman11, now I'm a litle more excited to get it together :cool: , I figured everything would be cool, just wanted to be sure there wasn't something stupid I may overlook, I'm gonna have my cylinder head machined for the correct squish, and I'm tryin to figure out out to set these powervalves back up to "home position", when I do matt96shee, you'll be the first to know :thumbsup:
