  7. I have a set of oakley glasses that change to sunglasses when I am out in the sun and become clear when I am in the office....I love them.....would not ride with out them. I also use spy goggles anf they seem to fit great over my glasses frames. :baseball_w00t:
  8. I have one on mine and I love it.....I would not or will not go back to having two carbs....unless all I did was drag race it. For all other aspects i like the one carb better. D
  9. I have almost the same setup and when I put my hush kit on it did not change my jetting.....how is the weather and is it hotter or colder than when you first jetted....new gas or old gas...race gas does not seem to last very long in a gas tank in Colorado....just some thoughts..good luck..D
  10. Turn the screws in and then back them out to a half turn.......start there and go up to 2.5 turns if needed....mine ran the same and then I ran them at half a turn out and then it screamed...good luck..D
  11. Rippen, Hey man I was at a 270 main at 4800 with out an air box and a 2-1 toomey air cleaner.....and between 60 and 80 degrees...good luck D
  12. I have always been told that 1200 is where you want to run exhaust temps..., but some will run them hotter-leaner to get performance out of the motor....Leaner is also sooner on a rebuild...I ran a shifter kart motor at 1200 all season and my friend even did real well at nationals 2nd place, when we took the motor out and sent it to Swedtech they where surprised how good it looked after a season. at Nationals the swedtech motor guys ran it up to 1300, but at that point engine longetivity is not a player.....D
  13. No complaints about FAST clutch.....good product and price and customer service....d
  14. I say call Jeff at FAST....did a great job on my motor....Jim at Passion is also a great guy to deal with......call them all and go with the best customer service....
  15. I love mine... easy to jet ...one carb to clean...one air cleaner....cleaner looking engine...GREAT POWER....nuff said....D
  16. I have had two cr500.....always easy to start. Put it in second gear get off the quad and rock it back and forth in gear. As the motor goes up and down while in gear it pulls in fuel...charges the cylinder....then it will start with one kick...good luck..D
  17. I have also had both pipes.....I had the motor ported and went riding a couple times; even went to the dunes with the t6's....it ran well....I now have t5's and I think it runs better...It hits harder and pulls harder from the mid to the top..., but still has good bottom end. T5's are a better choice for me....D
  18. Try turning the air screws in and then back them out a half turn......you can go up to 2.5 turns before they are no longer affective....D
  19. Send me your info and I will send you a cross over tube.....just toss me a couple of bucks for shipping after you recieve it....D
  20. We have one at the shop I work at (part time)....It is real heavy, just like all the other polaris atv's....Nice concept....D
  21. I ran the 280 mains at 4800' in colorado..., but I also had no airbox and the 2-1 filter system....just FYI...D
  22. Do what the instructions say....D
  23. I have a set and they seem to work well....I also ported my motor at the same time that I installed the cages so I could not give a ride impression...for the money I like them...D
  24. I have a NOSS head and I like it....Jeff at F.A.S.T ported my motor with TR6 and it runs great...See my mods in my sig.....D
  25. I ran 210 main at sea level about a month ago at glamis...I have a Trinity set up...with a 35mm carb..it should be close.....Oh and a DEK needle in the middle and stock pilot that came in the carb......D
