  1. LOL, how often do you get a bunch of oil on the pipes? when I get done ridding I just simple green everything and it turns out great again. I personly like the ceramic coating on my pipes, it looks different but way good. And keeps everything cool. Just my .02
  2. ummm, I cant remember let me look at the paperwork I'll get back to you later.
  3. I like this look alot, the coating is very durable and the pipes stay cooler. I had them done at http://www.finishlinecoatings.com/
  4. I wouldnt accept that. I would make a big deal about that. I think there pipes run great but the quality sucks big time. do a search and you will find alot of costomers that are not that happy. I know the chrome on mine sucked, thats why I had them ceramic coated. One of the silencers didnt even have a bead on them, only tacked. and the hanger on the left head pipe could have been moved a little to the inside so the damn pipe wouldnt rub on my cool head. Its just my opinion that their workmanship blows.
  5. ok I got it apart and it is.........Seized rod bearing.
  6. it is in the switch, mine did the samething. just take it apart you will see what it is.
  7. I just reach in from the side and turn them on and off
  8. lol no, well kinda, you have two bank accounts one here and one there. The company Im working for deposits 90% here and 10% there that is to prove the the chinese government that im infact over there making money. And I can make up to 87,000 and not get taxed by the us and the money deposited into my bank account over there is taxed by the chinese but my company is covering that so i'll never see my money go away.
  9. well the plugs look normal and Im running c-12/super mix 50/50 40/1 and no the pic is the 1st bowl at sandlake Or.
  10. I have rz cases and banshee cylinders. it works.
  11. yeah that is why im not screwing with in anymore.
  12. Ok here I go. In about 6 weeks im going to china for 5 years for a job opportunity building the new skyway bridge for oakland bay. So Im trying to get as much riding in as possible. Being that I quit my other job it wont be that hard to get the dunes to myself during the week so thats what I did yesterday with a friend. I was at Sandlake here on the oregon coast. My bike has been together for about 2 years now and has ran awsome ever since. After riding for about 3/4 of the day I opened her up through all the gears for about a 1/4 mile over to wher my buddy was. When I got to him I put it in neutral to let it idle but it just died (unusual). I went to start it back up and it kicked over with alot of resistance, ran for a few seconds then died again. Then it was siezed tight and I couldnt get it to break free. We pulled it back to camp and pulled the pipes and tidnt see any signs of gulled cylendars or broken rings. We then put it in 5th gear and rocked it back and forth. It then un-seized. I put the pipes back on and it started right up but then stopped running ubruptly. I put it back in 5th and rocked it backward and it quickly un-seized. Then I went to kick it over and it locked up again. So what im thinking is that there maybe something broken inside somewhere and lodging itself when the rotating assembly is is moving in the running position but somehow lodges itself when reversed. So tell my what you think. I will tear it down in the next couple of days and keep ya posed. Thanks.
  13. My banshee had a 1/4 turn twist on it when I bought it. The guy also gave me the thumb throttle with it. I went ahead and gave it a try. Ummm yeah that was stupid I went back to the thumb throttle and put one of the cascade thumb throttle on there. Its way nicer than the stock throttle. You can get rid of the little spring in there and it replaces the nylon bushing with a bearing. http://www.cascadeinnovations.net/
  14. This prob wont help you much but........I LIKE MINE!!!!!!
  15. yeh make sure the spring is on right and put the cover back on. That is your prob.
