I totally agree with Loco, Bigboy and dajogejr on the light switch power band, because when it hits the pipe your ass better be planted. I have to say though, that because I couldn't get the jetting quite dialed in (because of reasons I found out later) but I just putted around like I was still breaking in hte motor. I personally didn't notice to much of a difference between stock low end and mid from the set-up now. But, a BIG but, I am also runnin' 35's, with T-5's and not shearers or CPI's which I now makes a hell of a difference on a cub motor. With this set-up I'm sayin' that I didn't notice much difference, but I talked to others that run better pipes and carbs and there is a lot of difference.
So, if you are going drag pipes and all that, definately listen to the other guys on that, because they run them and know the difference. But with what I'm runnin', that is my observation, and who knows when I get the other issues figured out my current set-up may act different.
Not starting an arguement, just my .02...................
