Well stated Dave, plus the bottom line is what you are ultimately going to do with the bike and how much money you want to spend. Everything on a 7 or 10 mill has to be changed because of the design of the motor, which is one of the reasons for designing the cub, because it uses a majority of the parts that you already have....................... Good luck with your decision.

Yes you should always make one change at a time so that you will know which change made the difference good or bad....................

Yeah, everyone else runs theirs 32:1 or 40:1 and they have been doing it for years...............

I used a snap-on for years, or was it craftsman. Either one works great...............................

Where did you get it, and does it come with a sending unit or is the temp probe part of the guage?

Well if you can get the two's and save $100 buck I would do that, especially if they warranty them and will replace them with three's when they are not available any more. You can't buy the cages any more, but they will continue to make the petals for a while, bacause they can still make money off of them............

I would try a 45 pilot, and a 160 main..................

Yeah, those are the only two reasons that I can think of. Either adjustment is off (you didn't drop anything and bend it did ya), or the float valve is not seating right because of crap in it.............
