Not trying to be mean, just do a search first and you wouldn't get answers like the one I gave you. You also have Case modifications involved in porting if you want it done really well. Most porting takes you main intake area and makes it larger and a different shape in some cases. The transfers are enlarged and given an edge, your exhaust is widened and polished, and your case is modded to match your transfer ports.

I agree. Sounds like you are missing the washer. Try your other sprocket and check for the same problem.

Do you have a clymer manual? You might look in there for some ideas. You could pull your clutch cover off and take a look at everything. If you can't figure it out there, sounds like it might be time to split the cases.

I keep my stuff locked up real good all the time. Even with all the measures I have taken to lock them up, if someone really wants you stuff, they will get it. I can't believe it.... Here in Laramie quads are street legal with a mirrior and some lights. There is a guy with a brand new Raptor 700 legal who just parks it on the street here in front of my house. Not locked up or anything. Would be so easy to steal. Have a friend drive you up in their car and throw a strap around the front end. Have the other person sit on the bike and just pull in the clutch and have first person drive off down the road. No noise, nothing. It's ridiculous how easy people make it to steal their stuff. If it weren't a raptor, I would probably have it already. lol.

Looks nice. Not sure about what caused the dip though. Maybe the kinda pipe you have? Have you tried a different pipe to see if it does the same thing with a different pipe.

Sounds like someone wants to be a mini-hacker. lol Pay more attention in class. spend your free time doing the assignment more times. Maybe change some stuff or ask your teach for some extra work to do. they like that.

If you take your time and are careful you can come up with a pretty nice port. It takes practice to get what you want though, so plan on having a couple sets of jugs around so if you mess one set up you can just toss em or sell on ebay.

do you have two cables that go directly into the top of your carb or do you have some huge gayness on top of your carb that the cables go into?

Looks like the wires that hook up to your TORS system. Doesn't hurt anything for them to be off if you removed the TORS.

Wish I could have gotton some of those pipes back when they were nice. They are a sweet pipe, just too bad they went to hell lately.

Is your gas on? Getting good flow from the tank? Sounds like maybe your gas line is plugged or not flowing enough to keep your bowls full. Sometimes when I would take off with the gas shut off I could get about a half mile down the road after it was warmed up before it would run out. Check your compression after you get it warmed up.

I still say the 7mm stroker is the way to go.

i ran some of that carb cleaner stuff, not the injector, and it didn't do anything to performance or life of the machine. Didn't notice any difference at all. Didn't clean the carb either though.

I don't know of any others. You could always make your own at home with some thin-walled tubing or small bar stock or something.
