  1. so you think i should leave the holes with out modification and just match the top case to the bottom of the cylinder .

  3. hi all and i find theas pic. of case match and port but i didnt get it very will i mean do i have to drill the blocked holes open in blue color. and do i have to make the holes in red biger and do i have to re-angle it or leave it in stock angle but make it biger holes . and for the hole how big do i have to make it is thear any number should i use it .
  4. hi all i use to have FMF-SST before i sold the pipe and buy a used LRD pipe and adjust the LRD pipe for the low power . from my test on the 2 pipes i felt that the FMF-SST has more power in the low end and the power band comes faster but the LRD has more top end than the FMF-SST . note : i like the performance of the LRD pipe its smoother than FMF .
  5. its the same as the pic of the dome only on the right side and the left piston has some carbon in the middle only.
  6. ScrewMachine i have single C.V. carb 35mm 2twin350s you think this caused off crank bearing and is it normal only one side of the engine have this marks on the piston and dome head ?

Banchetta i did i plug test with new set of plug i run it in 6th for 15 sec. pulled the clutch shot off the ignition pulled the plug out and what did i see is littel peaces of carbon on the plug with clear white color in the middle . i tryed rising the needle one clip more and in bogs more before the power band and fouls plugs on low speed riding ?
  8. this problem is only on the right side and the timing is set to +4 and 96 octaine with mild head 148 lb on both side . the last blow up piston on the same side with the same small pits on the head dome and the piston was cracked and stick on the cylinder wall on the exaust side
  9. hi all i pulled out my plug after more than 5 hour of riding hard and this is the color of the plug in the pic . and my setup is fmf-sst pipe C.v. 35mm single carb 225 main with EEK needle in #3 from top pilot 55 trinity head with 21cc dome 153 lb on both side clean up port job and boysene power reeds with ported stock reed cages and +2 advanced timing with GYT-R CDI and MSD coil with MSD wire and 15 tooth front spracket with 41 in the back .
  10. hi all i open my engine last week and notes this problem and its after a fresh top end rebulid and after 4 weeks of rideing ? and is this caused of lean main jet or to much timing ?

  12. but if i add the 20cc domes my compresion will be above 160 is this right on stock crank not wilded ?

  14. hi all and i would like to know what size of dooms i can use with ether 96 or 98 octane pump gas on my banshee my setup stock crank and 35mm cv carb +4 timing and fmf sst pipe and im at sea level with temp around 15c' to 25c' and hum. around 40 to 75 .
  15. hi all i have some problem in my jetting . right now my setup is wood porting and mild stock head fmf sst pipe +4 timing lighted flywheel ported reed cages with boyseen power reed and CV35mm singel carb with clamp on filter and the jetting is 205 main with eek needle in 4th clip from top and 42 pilot with air screw set to 3.5 turn out . and it idels fine and rev out clean in nutrail and for the plugs after more than 3 hours riding they are wet with dark brown color in the midle and when riding it in the power band a round 1/2 throtle to 3/4 it runs clean and strong but from that position in the throtle to WOT it cut off and come back on and runs clean and hard in 5th and after shifting to 6th it cut off and come back on and runs strong to full WOT this problem happens some times not always . im at sea level with temp around 15c' to 25c' and hum. around 40 to 80 . and the other problem is bog before power band and fouling plug in low speed and bogging when crosing in this range 1/4 to 1/8 throtle . and when starting it cold it needs the choke to start and when it start with the choke on it idels higher than the choke is off and in warming up it louds up and one plug stop from runing and you have to rev it some times so it start again .
