You have to keep in mind that there is more to porting than just the main intake tract. You need to do matching work to the transfers, and matching work to your case.

I've done some ghetto shit to my banshee in the past with some pretty sweet results. I put a second radiator on it that looked REALLY bad but it dropped temps really good. The port job I did at home we took the center down to a real thin knife edge, then went down, and took a little tiny bit off the top. Did good all the way around. Also did some widening on the transfers.

I ported my own set a long while back. It worked great, but was pretty ghetto looking. That thing would scream hardcore in every gear but looked like total crap if you saw the ports. Sold that bike a while ago though. I don't think i have any pics either. Never used any template, just took the ol dremel to it.

There is a brand new frame, still in the crate on ebay right now. Go check on that. Not sure what the price was up to.

Not sure. I am really torn between keeping the frame and putting a shee engine in it or selling the rolling chassis with the blown motor. If you are interested in the blown up motor itself, make some offers.

I got a polaris sportsman 500 chillin the garage... Have a couple crotch rocket engines (not sure I want to get rid of those though), A blown up yfz450, and a warrior. lol.

I would go with 7mil stroker, drag port, out of frame pipes. you would definitely get noticed. lol

wyoming lets you put your own VIN number on your frame if you have a law enforcement officer witness it. We usually do the date, first letter of the month it currently is, county number it is in, initials of the owner, then 5 numbers we choose. As long as you have the officer sign off on it, and you fill out the paperwork, you can get it registered, then get a title for it. Not sure of other states though.

I have a 99 warrior with a timing problem (starts & idles, but won't rev up) that I will give you for $1000. Has FMF Megamax II exhuast, clamp-on K&N Intake, alum. skid plate, brand new CDI & high output ricky stator. Thing did good on trails for me. Would only take a little tinkering or cleaning of the carb to get it to run right. I don't have time to mess with it. I could take that thing everywhere I could take my Kodiak, probably more since I could pop it up over big obstacles real easy.

Ride at really high altitude so you have to go in jet sizes, thus using less fuel.

The guy made MILLIONS of predictions, it's just coincidince that some of them SORT OF match whats happening today. I bet if I made millions of predictions some of them were bound to come true.
