Using all 6 Toomey springs will make one forearm look like Popeye's!

I just barely snug them. The tension of the springs will keep them from backing out. Have never had a problem.

I ran 6 on mine on race fuel and ran great. Watch for plugs backing out and pinging noises, if so may have to back it down again. Going to depend some on the domes you are running as well. Custom cut? And if so, by who?

When you say highest clip do you mean raised all the way up? I would have lowered the clip one notch from stock(second notch from pointed end. Sounds like you are a little lean on the main as well. Pilot should be good.

I have seen a stator on a warrior cause this exact same problem. As time went on and it got worse, it wouldn't run at all once it got nice and warm. Once it cooled down, you could push start it again and run for a while longer. Something to look into.

Sssshhhhhhhh! I have some custom cut domes w/"cooling pits" in them too! Oh, and some CPI's w/holes drilled in them so they sound louder and cool.... Kinda like the moped days LOL!

I have a mikuni style on mine that is a mechanical diaphram type. What do you have in mind?

You can't polish steel pipes. They will rust.

JJ+A drag and play axles. You get brake hub and wheel hubs as well. Actually, I believe all of the drag axles do.

My bike ran best w/27.5 pilots, clip one notch down from stock, and 280-320 mains w/just about same setup.

Bought a shock today, will hopefully be here before next weekend. Be carefull Stinky(LOL) there are two different types of the one where the rezzy is up and down. One has an end that looks like it connects to the outside of something, then the style I believe will work that has ends like the banshee shocks. No problem bro... I am running oof Shearers. I am new to running alky, but always do my homework. Just don't have much experience. That is why this thread is interesting to me. This is not a problem I am having, but curious to see what you find and what others think.
