No I can't do that. But I can do $350, will have front bearings and will throw in used chain to fit your plus 4 and here is a link for FAST Raciings carrier w/brake stay and all for $160. That puts you at $510 instead of 475 and you get the chain.
You need an aftermarket carrier. Worlds better than the stock setup. You can actually change sprockets w/o haveing to add or take away links in your chain, a lot easier to adjust, etc. You will wonder why you've been messing w/the stock setup. I could sell you a carrier but I do not have a brake plate setup for it. You would have to purchase that separate. Or you could buy a new carrier that comes w/the brake plate setup(about $160 new) I would need an additional $100 for the carrier to be thrown in. You can buy them at lots of places. Search honda carrier on google or round style carrier.
When you say you cleaned every orrifice, did you remove the pilots and blow compressed air through it, or poke it w/something to clean it out? Where did you end up to get it running better on the airscrews?
If they are already ported for stock stroke, you are gonna have a hard time finding someone who will report them for the 4 mill setup. I can't tell if you mean they are already ported, or you are having them ported w/the new crank.
