  1. 230's should do the trick, but id bring 220's-240's just incase. EDIT: not 220-340's
  2. Get some reed spacers from nossmachine.com and then they will clean. I think if you get billet intakes they will clear also.
  3. Please take a little more time while your typing, so people can read it. I still dont know half of what you said. Ok, what have to done for your airbox besides an airfilter? Have you taken the snorkel or lid off? I would completely clean out both carbs, clean airfilter, and then get a in-line fuel filter (catches all the trash in your gas). You might put in a new plug on the right side also, because it might be fouled. Also, is your choke tube still running between the carbs? That might cause the carbs to act up.
  4. I wouldent buy used pistons when you can get a complete topend wiesco rebulid kit for like $150. Getting your crank welded would help if your running more compression than stock. It wont give you power, but it will prevent your crank from seperating.
  5. Get an airbox adaptor and k&n filter Click Here Run good oil (for mixing with gas and tranny fluid), clean filter often, and how you ride it all effect the life of your motor. I got the nossmachine adaptor before I did anything to my banshee and tell him your a bansheehq member and you get a discount.
  6. Nope its just paint. Get it powdercoated, someday im going to grind off all the unneeded tabs and powdercoat mine.
  7. Roll design, lonestar, and quicksand are all good. Try the search feature at the top right corner for more info. Also make sure you get your shocks setup for the right length a-arms.
  8. What have you done to the airbox (ex. take lid off, take snorkel off)? Your jetting might be lean, but I dont know why they would be different temps. You could have an airleak somewhere, but thats just a guess.
  9. Thats what mine sounds like, must be the fmf silencers, but no it doesnt sound like a 4 stroke at all.
  10. I wouldent get +2's for woods riding. I get stuck all the time with stock axle and a-arms in between trees. But definatly new shocks and steering stabilizer. If you dont have really tights trails you could get away with +1 a-arms.
  11. What weight of gearsaver did you use? Did you use it in your drag bike?
  12. I bet is a clogged jet, clean your carbs out real good and that should fix the problem.
  13. I left my stock head gasket on when i put my noss head on and havent had any leaks. Also put greese on the orings so they will stay in place.
  14. No shit, there were some sorry ass calls in that game. Like when they screwed us out of a touchdown when the reciever touched the defender. And the ref gave the stealers that one touchdown
  15. Cut off all the unneeded tabs like the stock pipe ones for example. Put all the bolts in different zip lock bags and label them so you dont get them mixed up and post pics when you get it finished.

  17. Thats total bull shit. I live in oklahoma and I got my banshee when I was 13 and ive only wrecked twice (only had 3 atv wrecks total and no broken bones ) . A couple of dumb kids got hurt on them, and their parents are trying to ban atv's to protect other children. They think they are doing a good thing but their just fucking up other people's fun.

  19. I have a dg fat series swing arm skid, it fits good and covers everything well. That is the only thing I have had luck with buying from dg.
  20. In oklahoma in the summer it is hot most days so 1-2 kicks. In the winter and fall the weather changes all the time and it takes 3-6 kicks.

  22. Exactly, nothing lower than a 350 with those mods at you temp. Im at a 340 with 40 degree weather at 1000ft. (pipes and clamp on filters).

  24. I would start with a 330 main and 30 pilots (with stock needles in middle slot). I was running the same setup with 320 mains in alot warmer temps.
  25. My brother has the stage 2 hotcam, full hmf exhaust, and k&n filter w/ lid off. It will run with a piped banshee untill the shee clicks into 4th and it slowly walks away then 6th will destroy it... All of those mods and the 8 paddle haulers will run you about $1000 just off the top of my head. And you dont needle heavy duty valve springs if you only do a cam and pipe.
