Id would take the lid off all the way and then put in some 330 main jets. If those are to big then 320 main jets will be perfect. Then put in some 27.5 pilot jets (one size bigger) and leave the needle alone. You might not even have to change it.

Id wait untill you finish breaking in the motor before you start dicking with the jetting and oil mixture.

Your lean...put in a 320 main jets and 27.5 pilot jets. Those bras air screws adjust 0-1/8 throttle.

Losen those nuts off all the way (counter clockwise) before you take the wheels and tires off. I used a big fucking pipe wrench and put a two foot pipe over the handle to get more leverage on them. Also, use your clymers manuel.

Ive had good luck with that oil. I want to try ben oil because it smells real good, but on the back of the bottle it says you cant run the oil under 35F.

Id say that would be your problem...holding it wide open that long is not good for it. It will overheat faster than way and you could seize a piston. Engine Ice, Noss machine coolhead, and a mega flow impeller are all good things to put on your banshee.

What did he say to you? Did you ever get the job appliaction in the mail? Id give up my whole summer break to work for $50 an hour, anyday. It beats $6 dollars an hour that I worked for last summer.

I took mine off and just check the coolent level in the radiator every other ride. Some times I add a little bit, but I havent had it overheat once since I took it off. Things that will help cool your banshee better 1.engine ice 2.mega flow water impeller 3.noss cool head 4.bigger radiator
