Banshee~

Hey, im ordering my fast clutch tomarrow and im wondering if you have an ez pull clutch on your bike. How much harder is it to pull than a stock clutch and lever than your current setup? Im thinking im just going to use 3 of jeff's springs because my bikes just got pipes, cool head, and pod filters.

It would be better than your fourwheeler, really 400ex's are good bikes. You cant hardly break them. It will smoke a stock banshee pretty good, but not your ported banshee. If he ported it and polished it and put a 440 kit in it, then it have around 45-50 hp id say. A piped/hot cam stage 2 400ex will beat a stock banshee, so go figure.

The opposite of what he said. The balljoints will not come out and with powdercoating your have to bake the part in a oven and that ill melt the rubber boot and might mess up the bearing. But on aftermarket a-arms you can remove the balljoints and pc the arms. If your going to keep your stock arms paint them and then put some alot of clear coat over the paint to help it stay on longer.

What is your elevations and air temp. ?????? It looks lean to me, id order 330 and 340 main jets and try them out. If it doesnt crap out when your at wot then leave it in (try a bigger size next).

I took my banshee a sweet jump made by a peice of plywood proped up on 3 bricks. I caught three foot of air because 3 bricks=3 foot of air.

He sold me some k&n clamp on filters cheap. He shipped them out pretty fast to.

Get a filter kit from nossmachine.com and buy individual jets and you will save alot of $$$$. Or if you dont ride threw water at all, ditch the airbox and get K&N clamp on filters.

Sweet deal, ill get with you for sure when I need some powder coating. Can you match the paint on my 04 frame pretty close?

I went up 2 sizes from running a k&n with the lid off to clamp ons.

You CAN advance it up to +4 degrees, but if it starts pinging or knocking back the timing off or run higher octane. I would run 93 if you can find it or 91 at the lowest. Dont know what to tell you on the carbs, you might pm PassionRE about jetting specs.
