  4. read the jetting guide. read the needle chart. figure it out. no single "jet" is going to be perfect in your motor AND the motor right next to you. jet motors to what they want . the needle "range" is similar to the jet's "range". you need a differnt main for this and a differnt slow jet for that. needles are similar. usually i jet to the needle thats installed and if it doesnt like the mian choices i have OR the slow choices i have then the needle needs changed. most of the time the needle is a very fine tune adjstment IF the needle is in the close range to what the motor wants..
  5. ugggh that thread is such BS> ceramics wont take a shock like a piston firing. thats also cover'd in some threads where peeps have tried ceramic in everything.. and then had dust through out their motor's/.. roller bearings are excellent IF you dont buy cheap ass junk ass chinese shit and se them up corectley.

  9. hyd supply store ask for viton take an old one in with you and they will match it up. probably cost about 2-3 each if that.
  10. use pressure washer to blast off the dirt. clean with chrome polish. those pipes up there are cover'd in baked on dirt i dont think that was rust.. i have some actual rusty as all get out pipes! might have to try that copper cleaner?
  11. buy the toomey jet kit. install their needles and try 290- 330 mains.
  12. mix the corrct oil if it dosent SAY ON THE BOTTLE mixes with alcohol methanol DONT run it. redline oil does. klotz supertechniplate does and those are the only 2 i would or will run. drill out your stock cap if your using that. need plenty of air capacity to refresh the tank..

  19. now THAT is a pump shaft assembly that i would think would work well.. after all the billet failure's and issues i had gone back to completely stock pump parts.. this seems very nice and an actual upgrade.

  21. you guys know that stuff will fit up under the tank right? then you dont have that congloberation of bullshit all over the place... you can even make a mount and put the cdi right behind the tank and that also cleans it up a lot. i built one a LONG time ago for a drag bike then i recently built one out of stainless strap for my wife's bike.
