  1. I guess basically my question is like...how long do works last vs elka? I pretty much just ride the dunes and do small jumps....maybe go up in the woods every once and a while
  2. As i'm slowly buying things for my banshee i'm sure eventually shocks is going on the list. My question is do they have a lifespan? Seems like everyone says works shocks. I dont plan on getting longer a-arms...but i'm wondering what the lift span of shocks are.
  3. Ah gotcha. Just reminded me of when i sold my jeep...guy told me on the phone 2800 then only brought 2500 with him. I ended up just saying take it cause i wanted it gone but it still pissed me off.

  6. So i just wanted to post this for people in the future who do the tors removal. I just did t5 pipes and tors removal on my banshee and the instructions were not very clear for the removal kit even after watching a video on youtube. First thing i would do if i were to do it again is remove the wire from your throttle/brake box...second is remove the brain(behind/under the gas tank). We probably spent an extra 2 hours trying to figure out wtf to do because it wouldnt idle...because the bike kept killing it...finally we took the top of the throttle case off and went hmmm lets cut this. Found out it idle then it wouldnt start...went hmmm....pulled the gas tank back off and followed the wire to the brain...ripped that out and it ran like a dream/how it should. I didnt really say anywhere in the instructions it came with as to what wires to remove/cut. However i will say i didnt read a how to install on here...i just went right to youtube and thought "well this pretty much explains it". Found out to remove the brain by searching later on...
  7. I got em...just installed them with 310 jets...wow what a difference it made

  9. What size are the orings ? Sounds like I'll just use the stock springs and get some orings from napa
  10. Im picking up some t5's tomorrow but there's no hardware...I know I'm gonna need gaskets clamps and springs but I have no idea the sizes...any ideas ?
  11. Found some toomeys on craigslist http://eugene.craigslist.org/for/2925886232.html I'd have to drive down and get them, they are flat black. Are there any cons to having the exhaust painted black? Can i just respray them with some high temp paint and call it good? What can i do to clean them up? I figure for 200 bucks its not bad but im wondering what everyone else thinks
