  5. muh bad.. i guess you can send me hate mail now. i have some old RZ gears lying around if that helps?
  6. water cooled rz cases are the same. they have the parts for the speedo and they are going to be at least 25 years old.
  7. polish looks great.!
  8. it looks like this beeeeeeeeeee bebebeebeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee bebebe eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee <--- smiley face.
  9. i know hjr isnt casting his own cranks. thats just where this thread was heading.. i'm just tired of these being sold through vendors as "their" own crank. sometimes i get super budget builds needed and to stay in the budget i have to use one of denny's cranks. they are ok i havent had one in a motor for more than 2 years i personally will only use TDR and hotrods cranks in builds that matter. i dont do stuff over 10 mill so i dont use billet shit cranks and never will. i have had to turn a few away from lack of funds. if the webbs are black and the rods are brass colored and NOT shot peened or even polished its a wang crank. i dont know where the wsm or PG branded cranks come from but the couple that have drifted through here the rods seemed really thin in the middle. wangs cranks have been close on tolerance on the side to side measurement sometimes ZBUT never as bad as the wiseco crap cranks. i have had to grind welds out of hot rod cranks in the past to retrue them as well.. if you use quality parts and GOOD bearings and good rods and assemble it right it will be a good crank.. what else is there to wonder about?
  10. this happen more than you think..
  11. the harder you break it in the better its going to be. IF it was built right in the first place.
  12. so HJR casts his own cranks? sweet.

  14. that tto gage loks pretty neato. i like the head temp one..
  15. mr gasket cap works fine for me. 13psi is OEM spec. import cap.
  16. ohhh man why not answer the phone?
  17. i just voted stock cyl stock stroke no pv stuff in there!
  18. dump port pipes? if your going to "fabricate" a silencer it dosent matter what you start with. the dual in dual out single silncer on my yfz450 took about a day or so to build from 2 seperate silencers. no i havent got the bike done and no i dont know what its going to sound like, and yes it has a banshee motor in it, i just built it cause i felt it was a cool way to do a silencer.
  19. to lean from to cold go to 320-350's/
  20. did makes shitty chains just like everyone else. look at the tensil strength of the chain anything over 8000 tensil strength should be a decent chain. some DID's are in the 6000 range. i personally prefer the rkmxz4 chain but it is usually exspensive. also whatever shop told you an oring is bad in the sand what the hell are they total goons? its a SEALED chain its sealed to keep the SAND out. you wash it and dry it off and put the bike away.
  21. hmm if it was me i think i'd be buying that jetski kit... dosent look to hard to make work on a banshee.. if it has live tuning or whatever might just work out. oh then there are all those wires and boxes and electrical stuff.. i too like carb's BUT the injection is the way of the future.. i didnt know polaris stole the injection technology. that is some BS
  22. that vid is hillarious. whats even funnier is your pissed at someone calling you out after you had started a whole thread to make fun of someone else. what the hell dude? i got DIBS
  23. when the roller gets here i can make the silencer center tubes that go on the inside i think i will work on it again after that. there are a bunch of motors and frame work i am doing on other stuff right now that pays HAHA so i'm kinda short on time to work on it. also been building tooliing for my lathe to cut dies for radius roller and larger die's for a tube bender. i need to purchse a few differnt radiators and fit them all in and see how it will work. i'm thinking 660 rappy 700 rappy or cr85. i need a thin long and not to wide radiator. ive been looking at differt styles of radiators for a few months now. i honestly think a 2" stretch on a rider would not be bad and the overall result would help fit pipes much nicer. also the plastic should fit and still look right. i may work on some custom pipes to fit them much tighter into the frame.
