Holly post a lot batman. Easy...the jetting is most likely fine if that the way it has been for awhile. The color of the plug will tell you everything. If its not white hot looking on the strap you are ok.
I know he distributes K&T product not sure about Sultan Motors. I don't know who he ships it to in the middle east. I have never asked him but I bet you could get the contact if you gave him a ring.
I know John ships a lot to the middle east. I'm not saying he will ship a small order to you but maybe he can put you in contact with who he ships his big orders to. That way you could buy from them.

VegasJeff has a good deal. Cascade has real nice chrome. They cost a mint new from cascade with the chrome they lay on them. I will back his sale. Hes a good guy. Wont do you wrong.
I agree that the hole shot is everything. You need a good setup to hook hard and stay in it. The power of the motor will take care of you if you can ride.
Easy Snopczynski  I believe in what you say but you don't need to put that kind of money and labor into the Banshee to be out front. We are talking short oval tracks right? Most of these tracks are stand on the throttle out of the hole stay pinned 90% of the time lift approaching the corner to set up and pined again before the apex. You don't need a ton of low end for this. I have built many of these short flat track motors. I have not had a problem putting the Banshee out front on ice or dirt oval tacks. Tell me the length of the track and straights and I can build the motor to be out front 4 stroke or 2. The 4 mil makes a great flat track motor setup right.
You don't have to port it to use a 4 mil crank. It will drop right in and run just fine.
Get a leak down tester and check for air leaks.
I would guess your mains should be 300 to 320. Stock needle middle clip, the pilot and air screw are correct.
You can buy kits that run spacers on the bottom or head gasket spacers that run on top. The problem may have been not doing the homework on what you bought. Also not doing all the checks and measurements while assembling. That's an expensive lesson but fear not. It doesn't come close to the cost of just the last motor I toasted on my bike.
I like when this comes up. Makes me laugh. Its the guy driving and tuning it that counts. I have seen Jims work.....lots of it and it always looks good to me. I know Loco was just poking fun.
I run 55 pilots CEG needles and as high as 180 mains in my 10 mil cub. 180 mains for asphalt 1/4 mile and 172 to 175 for Olds hill climbs. Seems like it would be real fat but the 02 and heat say they are right on at the end of the runs. When I ran Olds with 162 mains I stuck a piston then did it again with a 168
Not real relevant here but just saying all motors can be a little different.
