  3. Lets try $250 for cases. Trnched for 10 mil and bored for 74mm jugs. T-Rex kit 7mil block, pistons, head, domes. $1000
  4. Take the lid off the box. If it revs better you are fat on the main jet.
  5. It should do fine with locktite on it. Your clutch is worn or you need a longer threaded rod.
  6. Bad drawing of the throw out plate but that's how it is done. The washers and bearings are on the inside of the plate. Only the nipple, threaded shaft and nut are on the outside of the plate. The nipple is long enough so you can hold it with a wrench to tighten down the 12mm nut with a separate wrench.
  7. I have a 7 mil T-Rex drag ported by the legend Rudy Kurtz. It has a perfect 73.50 bore and pistons on it. Pistons sold with the block, head, reeds and intakes. One intake boot has a hole in it. I would advise getting a new one or set. Asking $1200.00 Also have 10 mil trenched cases. Setup for a 74mil bore block. It has a crack above the front sprocket but is in good working order. I can weld that up if someone wants it fixed ($50). Asking $300.00
  8. No, put +5 timing in it and go ride.
  9. Order is being filled. Glad I could help.
  10. Pipes and porting make the bike. Take your time on picking what you want.

  12. Sounds good. Glad your having fun with it. Did the main jet size have to be drilled out more than .125? Just finishing up a 613cc DM motor. Will see what we can get out of it.
  13. That is sad to hear. He will be in my prayers.
  14. I'm at wash 13 Fri-Mon. Not going to run the bike unless the hill is graded.
  15. NYUK to my rescue as always. Lets do it. Ship one set out to me. Some people just don't know how to roll. NYUK knows how to do business.
  16. Need a set of good stock cases. 10 mil crank going in so if they are trenched and or bored for a super cub its good. No breaks or cracks. Let me know what you have and price.
  17. How's the bike running? Keeping it in one piece I hope.
  18. Talk about a short track. Show them 4 strokers how to 2 stroke it!
  19. Sounds like fun to me. How is Dumont for races on the first of the year?
  20. Pump Cali gas and 20cc domes are not a good mix. It might make it might not. This one got hot and dished out the top of the piston. Looks like good old fashion detonation damage.
  21. Do you need a HD clutch? If you do don't buy the EBay Tusk clutch kit or the guy that claims he uses FZR plates. They are not factory OEM plates. I bought them and checked them myself. I sell factory OEM steels and fibers from the 1000cc sport bikes. They sell as Banshee HD clutches. They come in OEM factory bags. If yours don't come this way they are most likely not OEM parts. Most people don't need anything stronger than the factory clutch with some HD springs. This will hold up to all the normal bolt on stuff. Now if your ported with boltons you will need an HD clutch. Don't get caught slippin. Stay on top of your game here on the HQ.
  22. Spurdy go with the 1-5 N down. Its the best one out for your application. I have one 1-N-(2-5)-6 and hate it. Its an old one I have had for 5 years. 1-5 N down lets you launch in 1st (much stronger and wont break like 2nd). Gives you a better range of gears and you will never need 6th out in the dunes. You run a different sprocket ratio for more top end out of 1st and 5th. You also never have to worry about hitting neutral when shifting 1st to 2nd.
  23. Are you ported? If not 300 would be more than enough on mains with an air box and no lid. Nice picture.
